Beautiful house with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. You can have total contact if that is a wish due to everything separately and its own entrance and key box. House is cleaned by us according to airb&B. rules ! Important due to uncertainty we can serve/make a breakfast but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pdpp.! The meadow across from the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

We have enjoyed this apartment! Everything is there and it all shows itself. Also complete. Friendly welcome with a welcome package and a nice bottle of wine. Furthermore, plenty of privacy and plenty to do in the area. The vegetable farm just down the road is also recommended. In short, a top stay and definitely recommended. We would love to come back.

The house is fantastic, very tasteful, cozy and equipped with every comfort. The beds were very confortable. Every morning, we could get fresh bread from the Spar on the corner and have breakfast in the garden. We have taken beautiful walks all very close by. There was also a choice of restaurants and Inge gave us good tips. We'd love to come back!

Very much enjoyed this cottage with our two children (from 1.5 and almost 3 years). Playhouse next to the cottage is very pleasant. Plenty to do nearby and easy to reach. Cottage was clean and equipped with basic necessities. Plenty of linens, towels and kitchen towels are provided. Host is friendly and approachable. All in all recommended!

The room was great! super cozy. peter was very friendly and showed us everything, we felt very well taken care of. also responded very quickly to concerns and was always available in principle. we enjoyed the time very much. the communal bathroom and kitchen was also great and everything is well equipped! I will definitely come back for my next visit to bocholt:)

We had a great time with Marco and Marie-Helene. The space was really beautiful and luxurious. We had plenty of space for ourselves and the area is wonderfully quiet. The hosts are very friendly. We were served at our beckons. We would definitely like to come back for a longer stay.
