Catie was an incredible host and so responsive. I stayed for a family members wedding and because the home was in a gated community, I had to update my guest list fairly often to keep up with changing plans. Catie almost always responded immediately and was so flexible with me. The home itself was very well kept up and had plenty of amenities.

Let me preface by saying this was a deal of a lifetime. I paid for EXACTLY what i expected. Perfect place to unplug Very clean Very organized The saltwater pool / jacuzzi combo is the crescendo of this stay. Lastly & definitely not the least, the Hostess was a delight, communicated thoroughly and punctually.

Very nice home in private and quiet setting. Very clean! Offered extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwashing pods. Plenty of towels and wash cloths available.

Had a great time enjoyed the home, location, and the area very pleasant!

This home far exceeded my expectations. The photos and description are great but seeing it in person is something else entirely. From the seamless check-in to the thoughtful details throughout the stay, the host truly made it feel like home. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you need. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The surrounding scenery is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and ideal for relaxing or spending quality time with friends and family. Every room had its own special touch and you can tell a lot of care went into preparing this space. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and welcoming but this one does. Easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

My cousin recommended we stay at this Airbnb when visiting the area to attend my uncle’s funeral. We found that the house is very comfortable, situated in a beautiful neighborhood, and it has everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It was home away from home! Perfect vacation except for the rainy days but we found towns to visit and places to eat. We did enjoy the pool on the 2 sunny days we had. House was stocked with EVERYTHING! Can’t wait to book again next year and maybe longer stay!

Was the perfect place! My daughter lives down the street so was nice just to walk up and visit! The view was amazing nice peaceful place to stay! Quiet neighborhood! Thanks again for your hospitality!!

My family of 4 adults were VERY comfortable; having en-suite bathrooms was perfect. We were in town for a family wedding in Sanford. It was an easy 25 minute drive. The outdoor wedding was July 5th…hottest day of the year…oh how we longed to be back at Angie’s where the AC was fabulous! Separate controls for upstairs and downstairs worked out great for us. The bride quipped “I wish you could make my cake.” So, Angies place was selected due to the photos of the kitchen. The kitchen was perfect! Clean, well equipped, the oven worked perfectly, the refrigerator had all the space needed to store a 3 tier cake. Even tho I was stuck in the house most of the day making a wedding cake, it didn’t feel like it. The kitchen (as well as the rest of the house) is so light and bright with tons windows looking out into the woods; just a lovely space! Angie was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely want to stay at Angie’s on our next visit.

Will want to book again. Fantastic for 8-10 golfers. Bathrooms had no mat on the floors. Mo other shortcomings.

Our visit was wonderful! Joy was very helpful and responsive with any questions leading up to our visit to her home! The deck by the lake was so peaceful to sit by, and the adults enjoyed the lake gear! Highly recommend! House had everything we needed! Master bedroom and bath was such a nice retreat!

I was in town for a Renaissance Fair, after spending all day dealing with some rain, the the sun, and walking up and down hills for the fair, it was a welcome feeling to check into this wonderful and peaceful home. the bed was super comfortable the bathroom was perfect. I was able to relax and charge up for the next day. If you are in the area and see this place do book it. It is close enough to everything and far away enough that you feel at ease and can rest.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Compound and would definitely return. The space and set up was perfect for our group. I was impressed by how well stocked everything was. Jinger has put a lot of thought into making this a welcoming and accommodating vacation home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very accommodating for our family of five. All rooms and appliances were very clean. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. We will be returning to the area in the near future and look forward to reserving this home once again, if available.

The house was exactly as described. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for the wedding events we were attending during the weekend.

A quaint home with new appliances from the refrigerator to the washer and dryer. The large island was just what we needed. All the light switches were marked. Only downside was that the outside American flag was well worn and tattered and should be replaced. Your local VFW can dispose of your old flag properly. Many thanks for the hospitality.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The property is absolutely stunning, with a large, scenic landscape that created a great atmosphere. The home was clean, spacious, and equipped with great amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host had great communication throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Awesome place very quiet.Everything was labeled which was extremely helpful and place was spotless,the small soaps and shampoo were a great added touch.I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the area.His recommendations for places to eat were spot on.Excellent host 10 out of 10

India had a great place that worked for what we needed. She was very communicative. There was an issue with blankets as we had a large party, but this was resolved satisfactorily. If I'm back in this area, I would stay again.

David is much more than a superhost! He could charge triple the price and you’d still be getting a discount! Whether it is Privacy, communication or convenience you seek he has it covered. Over the course of my extended stay he was always accommodating and did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable. The place is beautiful and clean amazingly furnished and very close to grocery stores and other attractions. Nothing more I could ask for at all. A+ rating
