Own guest part on beautiful island Hven.

In our house, the western school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest part that we are happy to rent to you. The guest area has its own lockable entrance and private patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island in Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns but still in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-room with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has newly renovated, tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 people at the dining table as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa bed for 2 sleepers. Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

The yard have horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures, there are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Välkomna att slappna av i en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle. Alldeles intill Fulltofta Naturreservat med långa vandringsleder. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för mysiga kvällar framför brasan. Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester är ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Completely newly renovated beautifully decorated apartment with all amenities, made bed, a generous breakfast waiting in the fridge until your first morning in the house, which you can occupy on the nice patio if you like. In the house there is everything you need to stay longer or shorter time. Cleaning after your stay is done. Veberöd is located in the middle of southern Skåne, so it's close to Österlen, Ystad, Copenhagen, Malmö and most things in fact!

Your own spot by the lake. Exclusive location and nice house. 2025 now open for booking. Comfortable accomodation for 5-6 persons. Private property right by the water. Fine boat w Honda 15 hp included in rent. A paradise within an hour of most of the province of Skåne. Before booking please read everything and look at all the pictures. No dogs.
