The Waddendijk is within walking distance (1.5 km) and in the village (1 km) is the renowned Pizzeria Pingjum. Studio Pekelvisch consists of a simple space on the ground floor and a sleeping loft above. Compact, tough furnished with lots of old building materials. Don't expect lavish luxury, but authenticity, charm and soothing tranquility.

In 2020 hebben wij het samen met veel liefde en passie omgetoverd tot een tiny house met een oude geleefde uitstraling. We were simply absolutely amazed by Sterre's vacation apartment. It is very stylishly equipped and has everything you need. The peace and quiet is incredibly beautiful and the sunrise over the field is impressive. The ponies, sheep and cats are another highlight. The beautiful Harlingen with its restaurants and shops can be reached very quickly by car. Sterre is very friendly and the communication was very pleasant and uncomplicated. We would always come back :)

This is one of the most beautifully decorated homes I have ever had the pleasure of renting. Thoughtful understated elegance would be the theme for this exceptional canal house perfectly located in the quaint city of Harlingen. It is truly a sumptuous environment. There is a fine wool plaid blanket in the Blue grand room that promises instant napping. We spent over a month this Spring and my favorite pastime was reading a book under the beautiful old Gingko tree in the private garden listening to church bells and barges. The air is so clean and fresh too! Further, the Host is kind and generous. Please take care of this amazing listing because I want everything to be as it was when I come back again. Thank you for making my family feel so welcome.

We were away for another friend's wedding for a night with three friends. This Airbnb was a perfect place for us! It was a small, nicely decorated space with all the comforts and very clean. The clear instruction made it easy to find. The center was also within walking distance (15 min) so good for us for a bite to eat in Harlingen. The communication was very nice and they were also very helpful when it turned out that a friend had left something in the cottage. Highly recommended and we will probably come back again (hopefully a little longer next time!)

The communication with Kai was consistently pleasant, straightforward and very friendly. There were three of us on the hot chilli for three nights and we had a wonderful long weekend. Highly recommend for a couple or in our case for three close friends! Harlingen is a very nice, typical Dutch town with lots of cafes, nice shops and beautiful beach. We would come back.

It felt like we had two cottages for the price of one. An upper floor, fresh and particularly tastefully furnished. Lots of nice touches. Beautiful crockery, nice elaborate bird theme, cozy sitting area by the window overlooking the canal. Downstairs a beautiful bathroom and - few steps outside - a very cozy lounge with jungle wallpaper, a wonderfully large corner sofa, cozy mood lights and also again overlooking the canal. Here we relaxed in the evening by the wood stove. Likeable hostess. In short: lots of quality for little money. We would go back here in a heartbeat.
