There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, there is a double sofa bed. There is also WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning and electric heating. Groningen city center is 20 minutes by bike. P+R A28 (transfer/bus station) within walking distance. Train station also in Haren Shops nearby. Supermarket 1000 meters away.

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the B&B, and on the 2nd floor a double bed. Children up to 5 years old are free Prices exclude breakfast

Our guest house consists of a comfortable bedroom and a particularly bright living and dining room with a corner sofa, TV and a dining room table. You can work fine there. On the terrace, you can relax on the lounge sofas. The bus stops diagonally in front of the house and takes you to Groningen in 20 minutes! You can enjoy hiking nearby such as in Haren, Glimmen, Noordlaren, Appelbergen.
