Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hardangerfjord

Great location for a visit to Bergen. It is nice and quiet, a little above the center of Bergen. Thanks to Frank's good description, we found the apartment well. Parking is available right in front of the house. The apartment is cozy, clean and well furnished.

The apartment is very nice, is centrally located and has all amenities you need. The communication with Julienne & Even was great. We felt right at home.

We had a great stay at Hilmar! He was a very nice and informative host who took the time to show us around the apartment. It was nice and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An extra bonus was the small terrace in the garden with chairs and tables, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our time here! Brit is a welcoming and caring host, communication was very smooth. The accommodation is very well equipped, furnished and decorated with care. Sand is a peaceful corner and the view from the terrace is incredible. We strongly recommend! Aymeric & Emilie

One of the very best accommodations we have had the pleasure to stay. Our hosts were certainly super hosts - very responsive and helpful with all our queries. Their local guidebook and suggestions were excellent. Facilities were amazing, especially having the washing machine and clothes dryer. We felt very much at home and would highly recommend.

Beautiful, quiet, clean, well-appointed apartment managed by Trostein, our friendly and responsive host. Walking up and down steep, narrow, winding stairs to second floor location was challenging, but manageable. Enjoyed drinking an unlimited supply of Starbucks coffee throughout the day. Looking forward to renting a Torstein unit in the same building next year, but one on a lower floor.

Marita and Tomas are very nice, warm people. Marita greeted us upon arrival and showed us around and explained things (e.g., how to access the kayaks) in a very clear and unhurried way. They both did a fantastic job communicating with us before our arrival, and provided lots of helpful advice while there (e.g., recommendation of a wonderful restaurant in Bergen). Although Tomas and Marita live on the floor above the Airbnb flat, we never felt “crowded” by them. In fact, at my request, Tomas was able to respond immediately to come down to help us figure out the TV…and he was incredibly good natured about it. Location was terrific, too: close to Bergen and all it offers, including the focal museums, as well as minutes from an excellent University of Bergen arboretum & botanical garden. Highly recommend this place, as well as Tomas & Marita as people!

We had a wonderful time here, plenty of room for four adults with room to spare! Nice touches of comfort and style throughout the home. It is important to note there are no restaurants or grocery stores walkable, we appreciated knowing that ahead of check in. The 40 minute ride to downtown Bergen and 10-20 minute ride to food options was minor compared to the wonderful, beautiful place! Great kitchen and outdoor grilling area to prepare food. Responsive, friendly hosts!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Cute house on a farm with goats, sheep and pigs. Kristine was very friendly and made us feel at home. Short hike to a waterfall and 25 min walk to the boat area. Beautiful place!

A beautiful place, close to the side roads in Apalvegen and wonderful by the fjord. Everything was top class, and good equipment both inside and in the outdoor area. We are six ladies who have had a great time.

Great accommodation with a wonderful view of the fjord. We spent a varied week in Anita and Nils' house, hiking to Bjørkeveten and taking the boat to the Kiellandbu hut, as well as excursions towards the Atlantic and to Bergen. The area offers such a wide range of possibilities that you could easily fill several weeks alone with the surrounding area. In other words: we absolutely have to come back!

Thank you for a super pleasant stay! The house had everything we needed and more: all the kitchen utensils, lovely bed linen, good towels and a fantastic bathroom that really gave us a feeling of luxury. The hosts responded quickly and provided good information, and had even put out a bowl of snacks for us to enjoy after a long drive. We had a lot of fun and will be happy to come back, and we will definitely recommend you to others. Thank you!

It felt like a second home! The house has pretty much everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine (having a toddler with us, this was especially helpful). Everything else is within walking distance (5-15 min) or reachable by bus (the bus stops basically outside of to house on a nearby road). This is both and minus and plus - because the traffic can get quite noisy at times. Other than that I can’t recommend a stay here enough.

Excellent week spent in Nils' accommodation, beautiful environment, very peaceful. Terrace by the fjord, provision of fishing rods and lures. fish-rich fjord very well-equipped house, nothing is missing Nils is a very welcoming host we will recommend this destination many great places to discover on the island of Askoy

The photos can’t capture the beauty that’s right outside your window when you stay here! The space itself was beautiful. Anna was so thoughtful and kind and made great recommendations while not being intrusive at all. Just the absolute best and definitely a highlight of our Scandinavian tour! You can walk up to the waterfall you can see right out the back door and I highly recommend doing so! There are so many places around the area to see and so many tours out of Flam. I recommend the floating sauna experience. This was the perfect countryside break after visiting Scandinavian cities. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was such a lovely place to stay, beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and you have everything you need. The location is also very beautiful! Vivian and Richard were wonderful hosts: very helpful, extremely nice and still discreet.

Super location. Comfortable bed. Close to many restaurants and attractions as well as great shopping. Host had many helpful suggestions. Super value.

We had a great stay at Tonje's place during our visit in May 2025. She was always responsive and even went the extra mile to get us an additional heater. I would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Bergen.
