This was such a peaceful place with a stunning view. We couldn’t have stayed at a better home.

Astrid and Arils were amazing hosts and their AirBnB was everything we were looking for and more. Clean, cozy, and with a fantastic view of the water. The kitchen was really well stocked too. My wife and I had a very rejuvenating time at the house and it was added blessing to get to talk with Astrid and Arils for a while on our way in. They are great!

Great stay! Very accommodating and very friendly host, it's nice 😊 The accommodation offered is very clean and with all the services indicated in the listing. If you want a relaxing stay, the surroundings are perfect for a few hikes, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. I can only recommend it after several days on site! 😊

Worth it for the gorgeous view across the fjord alone. Was a simple and perfect stop on our road trip.

It is a beautiful apartment with a view of the fjord. In the evening, you can sit outside in the sun. Communication with Marit was warm and you feel at home. The accommodation is ideally located and you have short distances to the Trolltunga and Buarbreen glaciers. We had a great week there.

Best accommodation of our stay in Norway, Arild picked us up at the port and welcomed us very well. The house is very well equipped, there are even grocery products available for cooking, and the view is superb! Thank you very much Arild and Astrid

What a wonderful stay we had in this rustic cottage! It had all the comforts, which made us feel right at home. And that view... breathtaking! The area was exactly what we were looking for: wonderfully quiet and perfect to get to ourselves. The icing on the cake was the incredibly friendly host. It was very nice to learn more about the area and the location thanks to their tips and stories. In short, highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet area

A Perfect Stay in a Fantastic Location! We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Anne's Airbnb. The location is unbeatable—right next to the fish market, with e-scooters readily available all around. The flat itself is incredibly spacious, offering all the amenities we could possibly need. A particularly thoughtful touch was the friendly neighbor who went out of their way to assist us. The large, airy balcony was a highlight, providing stunning views of the harbor, with ships and ferries gliding past—truly mesmerizing! Transportation was a breeze, with easy access to taxis, buses, and train connections. The flat itself was huge and extremely comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment and will undoubtedly be returning. Thank you, Anne, for a super awesome stay!

Home away from home in Bergen! Cosy, clean and very close to the city center. Neighbourhood is lovely. We were there for 2 full days and nights and on a rainy night decided to stay in - we had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen for a home cooked meal and the living room was nice for a movie night. Paolo is proactive and responsive and even helped us out with parking in the neighbourhood. We had a lovely time. Note that there is no private parking, you can park in the neighbourhood or in a parking garage. Highly recommend.

Well connected by the bus, nice views through windows. Tigist was very kind, helpful and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable

apartment 14 upstairs. the "postcard" view. it was beautiful. just for the view it's worth it. the hot tub and sauna was also a plus. for the rest of the apartment, there is a lot of kitchen utensils and cutlery missing. the shower area is very narrow. we were practically all alone, so the common areas were really nice. Alvik is very nice as a village and a lot to see around by car.

Gorgeous little home on the ocean. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had one fantastic meal at the hotel restaurant. The hot tub was also a great addition. One note, the floor is a bit noisy so keep that in mind if you have small children and don’t want to wake them by walking around. Other than that, we would stay here again. Thank you!

What a beautiful location! The view is even better than the pictures and the neighborhood is so peaceful and lovely. This definitely gets you high above the busyness of Bergen. This is a great location if you like to hike or trail run—easy access to trailheads that get you up to Fløyen and the expansive network of trails nearby. The hot tub is really nice and a wonderful way to end the day! I would agree with other reviewers that this house is best for people who are in good shape and fully able bodied. The walk up from town is extremely steep! Taxis and Ubers are quite expensive, and we found that they had a bit of a hard time getting up there. Scooters are a good option if you get tired, but I’d recommend a little bit of experience with them because the roads are so steep! It worked perfectly for our group, but it wouldn’t be the best option if you have an injury or for elderly people. The views can’t be beat, deck and hot tub is great and there is plenty of space for 6 people.

Consider this place over a hotel in bergen. comfy bed, hotel quality linens, lots of space. i highly recommend andreas place. I wish we could have stayed longer.
