Villa holiday rentals in Happy Bay Beach

This Airbnb was exactly as described; it is a beautiful property with amazing views. Maia is an amazing host, and her staff are very attentive. We were met at the airport (rental car office) and guided back to the property. The house is located on the resort property and is gated in order to enter. The house is large with enough room for everyone to have their own space. Our family of 4 adults never felt cramped or invaded. The bedrooms are all large with private balconies or a patio. You definitely need a car as there is anything in walking distance once you leave the resort property. We didn't utilize the resort amenities other than the day we arrived and ate at the bar & grill. Overall, this is a great house and you will be very pleased if you choose this property, we loved it!

Leslie’s house is immaculate and very functional. Great AC and a lovely lap pool to keep you cool. Simpson Bay is serene and so peaceful especially at night! There was some construction happening as this is a newer area I believe- the host did inform us of that. Loved having a cleaner visit throughout the weeks stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay :) we would go back if life allows

Great house with well apportioned amenities and supplies of all sorts. Plenty if towels, soaps, cleaning agents, and just about anything you would need in a home without worry. The grounds are great as well with a functional grill. You will need a front wheel drive car to get up the drive way or jeep. We had a mini van but it was too light in the rear to make it up the driveway which is a fairly steep incline. We needed the exercise anyway! Great home!

This was such a beautiful place to stay, the pictures don't do it justice. The outside area included an outdoor shower, a perfect place to rinse off after day at the beach. The pool was a great size and the kids went swimming multiple times a day. The area around the pool was beautiful with areas of both shade it sun. We got to see many geckos and even a large iguana which enjoyed the sunshine on the fence. The kitchen had everything we needed, the host even provided some water and juice in the fridge upon arrival. All the bathrooms had rainshowers and the host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The host was very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. This was the perfect home for us, we would love to stay here again in the future!

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

We stayed there with a group of 6 for a wedding and everyone of us loved it. Beautiful, clean, modern. We will go back again and again even if the group is smaller.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

Stunning house in the best location in St. Martin! The house was beautiful and clean with an amazing pool. I don’t think I’ve seen a better stocked kitchen between utensils and spices! I also appreciated the games for kids that were readily available. The house is an easy 10 min walk to the beach and fantastic restaurants. I loved getting my daily pastries and baguette at the local bakery and having breakfast outdoors with an incredible view. Thank you for hosting us! We had a wonderful time.

We had an absolutely amazing week at Your Paradise Villa in St. Maarten! The villa was stunning, perfectly clean, and had breathtaking views. Jolanda and Maarten were very helpful, met us af the house for check-in, explained things, and showed us around. We did have an internet issue and an air conditioning issue with one room, but they were quick to come up with a solution and attentive. The house is clean and well appointed with kitchen items. They had beer, wine, water, and soda in the fridge and that was a lovely touch after a long day of travel! There was a stack of pool/beach towels which we were thankful for. There are some spices, coffee filters, etc so that was also convenient. Beds were comfortable and rooms all provided great privacy. Bring your own soap and shampoos. Master bedroom is up a large flight of stairs, so not appropriate for someone with mobility issues. While we were close to eateries and the beach, it was just a bit too far and uphill for our group so a car was a must and used daily. It would have been nice to have beach or pool items, or board games at the house for future guests! Wonderful place!

Our house was amazing from the pool to the scenery and how close it was on the water and to Pinel Beach! Philippe was the best host as well. He was there to greet us early, and went over everything in the house. Gave us beer, and a bottle of their native rum too! I would absolutely recommend this house and Philippe as a host!

The house was great! Very clean, beautiful kitchen, amazing outdoor living space, great views and loved the access to the water! We came with two couples and two toddlers and the place had everything we needed! Perfect location right on the water, close to Orient Beach area and very easy to get to Pinel Island either by kayak or by the ferry boat. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying at this villa for many reasons. First, its location and three features we appreciated: it is on the west side of the island which means we saw beautiful sunsets every night; it is near Friar’s Bay Beach that we enjoyed a lot, including delicious food and great music at the Friar Bay Beach Café (quick note: you can walk to Friar’s Bay through the road - probably a 10 mins walk - but with the heat, we preferred to drive); and finally, it is secure and very private - we did not see nor hear neighbours. Second, its comfort. We spent most of our time outside, either in the pool or the covered patio. We also made friends with the turtles! The villa is well equipped with all we needed. And I would be remiss not to mention Julia’s quality service. She welcomed us at the villa and was very efficient to explain all its features. It was easy to communicate with her. Merci Julia!

Great space, great location, and great views! There isn't much else to say as everything was as described and Joy was a great host. We look forward to visiting again next year.

A great house. Looks like the photos. It has an extremely practical layout for groups or families and the outdoor pool area and views are spectacular. Magali and Cathy were always friendly and responsive and extremely honourable to deal with. Any concerns we had were taken seriously and responded to immediately. An example of how great the hosts were : our 3 year old left his favourite stuffed animal in the world behind in the house when we left, and we only discovered this when already at the airport. Cathy drove the toy across the island to our friends that were staying another night, and our friends brought it home to us the next day. We are so appreciative and so is our son!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb! The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the stunning view and the outdoor shower, which made the experience feel even more special. Our host Marie was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This Airbnb was beautiful ! Such a calm stay , view is beautiful everything was clean ! The pool was perfect ! I would stay here again . They provide everything you need . The host are super responsive, it was great !

The house was perfect size for our party 5 adults 1 child. Getting into the house was a little confusing as there are 2 entry points and one you don’t need a key to open main gate to neighborhood which we didn’t know and the other which you do need a key to open the gate which we didn’t know. But after waiting a bit we just followed a car in. The drive way is steep and is tight so smaller the car the better. Lots of 6 point turns. Nice large bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is large with lots of plates and cups but knives are dull as butter knives. There is not storage containers or cooking materials like tin foil or parchment paper. We went during off season so not a lot of restaurants open, if you come during busy season prob not a big deal as you can easily go out. Wi-Fi was not good at all which was hard with also bad international phone service. Judith was nice and easy to communicate with and perfect location on French side with many beaches within 15 min drive or less.

We were 4 adults, the house is very well-equipped, comfortable and the sea is a stone's throw away!! Everything is just a 4-minute walk away; pizza to take away, bacchus for wine, convenience store, bakery and pharmacy. Isabelle very available and proactive😍. The place is very calm and safe. Our small downside, we would have appreciated having beach chairs at our disposal , because paying sunbeds at each beach ends up being very expensive! A bbq to grill outside the house would be welcome. Value for money is a great choice. Without hesitation, I would recommend it

This place was absolutely incredible! If you're a family or a group of friends, stop and don't look elsewhere as Villa "Be Happy" is just for you. This house was stocked with every item one could possibly ask for! The place was also immaculate and so tastefully decorated. The upstairs porch had the most magnificent sunset views and views of Anguilla. The location is on point with Friar's Bay and Happy Bay only a short walk away. Going to the beach is so easy from here amongst nature plus you have the option of Grand Case nearby. From the moment we booked Alize and her team were on fire to make sure we had the best stay. Yoann was absolutely incredible and had the best restaurant recommendations. He really made our trip special and everything he said or booked was true to his word and EXCELLENT. If I could give this place six stars I would. A very special location. You will not be disappointed at "Be Happy".

All I can say is WOW. Villa Ancre Bleue is absolutely amazing. It’s one of my favorite Airbnb houses of all time. The view is stunning, the house is beautiful- very cool architecture, boho chic vibe, well stocked and very clean. The house felt very private even though it’s close to other houses. Also loved the neighborhood of Cul de Sac. Very easy to get taxis to Grand Case and all over the island. Can’t wait to come back!!

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of spectacular! The location near the beach was perfect—just a quick walk and you’re on the sand. The views from the property were absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. It felt like our own private slice of paradise. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-equipped. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfy beds and the refreshing pool, every detail was thought out to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We also really appreciated the open concept that allowed the entire living room and the terrace to merge into one space. The host, Marion, was wonderful—responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful recommendations. This place exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway!

We had a lovely time at Marina’s place. The panoramic view was exceptional. We enjoyed watching the boats and cruise ships go by. Sunsets were amazing right from the deck. The welcome champagne and goodies were a pleasant surprise and got our vacation off to a great start. Jael was prompt and helpful. Indigo Bay restaurant was delicious. We went there twice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
