Our property is located in the center in a quiet, preferred residential area (East City). The main station and the city are approx. 1 km away and within 10 minutes' walk. The "Dreifaltigkeitskirche" bus stop (bus lines 1OO; 2OO; 121) is a 1-minute walk. Restaurants/cafes around the corner. You use your own separate shower room. The room faces the cozy and green courtyard. When the weather is nice, our south balcony invites you to linger. Our place is great for solo and business travelers.

We offer two rooms in a one-family-house that is situated near the center of the town. One bathroom belongs to both room, in case that both rooms are occupied (that doesn't really happen very often, because we only offer one room at airbnb) the bathroom will (may be) be used by both room guests.
