Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Hanoi

Thao was a great host. We could tell she genuinely cared about our stay and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. The room was nice and new and provided everything we needed for our stay.

Overall great experience. The place was nicely decorated and had everything you needed. The bed was also comfortable. The host was very responsive and helped us get an airport shuttle. When inside the apartment you could not hear anything that was going on outside. Just be aware that you can hear the upstairs water plumbing.

Thao and her team at UrHome was very very helpful, very kind, very sweet and very welcoming! They are a team of about 5 young adults who aspire to allow guests feel at home while staying at their place. It is like a mini hotel, where there are about 8 rooms and the management themselves stay in the place itself so help was just around, any time. Right from the beginning, Thao was very helpful and informative. She was very generous with her recommendations and she was very prompt in her sweet replies. Upon arrival, we were led into the room as pictured, which was very clean and cosy. 5 minutes after arrival, Thao visited us with a new refrigerator! Hahaha, super cheerful and adorable! During one of the night, my friend and I got a little hungry so we wanted to head down to get some food. However, the staff at the reception invited us up to the 7th level instead, where the kitchen was. There, we talked to the main boss, Khoa and the 2 staff. We were invited to try the rice field snails and they also prepared some corn for us! It was a great experience communicating and bonding with them! The staff at UrHome are a great bunch of people. A group of young adults with a dream in mind and a goal they all work together towards - they are very inspiring and very respectable. Although there was a slight communication barrier due to the language differences, it was fun nonetheless, trying to get to know these lovely people. Thank you Khoa, Thao, Thanh and the two other young gentlemen! We will definitely stay in your place if we visit Vietnam again! Alex is a wonderful host—she was incredibly responsive from the moment we reached out and stayed attentive throughout our stay. She went the extra mile by leaving us milk in the fridge and a thoughtful list of local recommendations. Most of all, we’re truly grateful for her kindness and support when we ran into a bit of a problem during our trip—thank you so much again, Alex! The unit itself is in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed—and it was just the right size for our group of five. Having a washing and drying machine was a big plus, especially for a longer stay. That said, the unit could benefit from a more thorough cleaning and updated photos for accuracy. Overall, we had a lovely time and truly appreciated Alex’s hospitality!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was even more spacious in person than depicted in the photos! The entire space, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained. With two air conditioning units, the apartment stayed comfortably cool, which was much appreciated during Hanoi’s hot weather. Secured parking was located just a 3-minute walk away. The only minor downside was the towel policy: fresh towels are provided every three days, and requesting new ones sooner incurs an additional fee. Overall, this apartment offers a great stay with its spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Very nice place and well maintained. Slightly away from the crowded areas made it perfect for a good night's sleep.

This was my second time now staying here, first for a week now for nearly 2. She is so sweet and quick to respond to anything you need, as well as checking in periodically to see if you'd like your room cleaned or just to make sure everything in the apartment is up to par. The location is down a charming alley, for people looking for an authentic Hanoi experience this is the place, every morning a little market pops up in the alley, with groceries, fruits, veggies and meat out on the street. immediately out the door is a convenience store, a number of cozy local cafes and a delicious banh mi stand. Taxis/motorbikes fit in the alley, the entry way has security and you have the key to the gate lock. You are essentially in the center of Hanoi from here, so everything is super accessible, grab bikes/taxis are always very cheap. The grab taxi to and from the airport was probably $15 one way, it varies a little but not much. I will stay here every time I'm in Hanoi. 😁

Perfect accommodation! Matches the description. Communication is just as perfect! Located in the center and close to everything! I would recommend it 100%
