Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Unsere zwei Zimmer Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen zentralen Stadtteil von Kassel, man braucht nur 5 Minuten in die Karlsaue und auch Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt um die Ecke zu erreichen (3 Haltestellen zum Friedrichsplatz & Friedericianum). Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Kassel braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Bad hat eine Wanne. Ein Stellplatz hinter dem Haus steht für unsere Besucher zur Verfügung.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!
