Naša kućica spoj je modernog i rustikalnog. Suvremenom stilu pristaje rustikalni i daje ovoj kućici poseban šarm. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijela kuća od 100 m2 te okućnica od 2500 m2. Na zatvorenoj, grijanoj terasi je jacuzzi u upotrebi cijele godine. U kuhinji je na raspolaganju aparat za kavu te razne vrste čajeva. Kupaonica je potpuno opremljena: ručnici, ogrtači, papuče, gel za tuširanje, šampon, regenerator, wc papir, set za higijenu zuba, mali kozmetički set. U potkrovlju udoban krevet.

Lokacija je izvrsna i sve je u blizini par minuta šetnje centrom grada . this centrally-located place.

Villa BeleVita je novi objekat koji se nalazi na prekrasnoj lokaciji 5 km od grada Đurđevca. Smještena je u oazi mira i tišine te netaknute prirode. Okružena brežuljcima, vinogradima, livadama i šumarcima. Uređena okučnica ville iznosi 5000m2. U sklopu vile nalazi se grijani bazen površine 50 m2 sa sunčalištem i Jacuzzijem. Gosti imaju pristup dječjem igralištu kao i opremi za roštilj s vanjskom blagovaonicom što ovo mjesto čini savršenim mjestom za obiteljski odmor i razonodu.

Familienurlaub einmal anders. Keine Strandhektik, sondern Landidylle pur. Direkt neben unserem ökologischen Bauernhof mit Hühnern, Gänsen, Enten, Schafen und Schweinen sowie einem riesigen Obst- und Gemüsegarten liegt dieses neu sanierte Ferienhaus mit allem, was Kinderherzen höher schlagen lässt. Sind die Kinder zufrieden, ist der Urlaub gerettet. Entspannen am Pool, relaxen auf der schattigen Terrasse, grillen am Abend machen den Urlaub perfekt. Nur rd. 40 km bis Zagreb.

I stayed at the apartment for a number of days and it was a great experience. It’s located close to the Bjelovar center and in a quiet but convenient location. The apartment was pristinely clean, well-designed and had everything one would need for either a short or longer stay. Tihomir was responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend!

A great place to stay in ! The place is very easy to find, easy spacious parking right in front of the apartment, very clean and neat. Quiet and what I appreciated the most, it was warm upon my arrival. The host ensured the heating was on and very welcoming as I arrived. There is a stove with basics. There is also a grocery store near by in case you needed. Maybe a pro tip, remember to bring your own toiletry. There were plenty of tissues and napkins, clean towels and hand soap. No shampoos and such. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars. :) Would recommend!

This house is simply beautiful & we had a fantastic 10 nights here with my partner and our two children (ages 13 & 6) in August 2024. We absolutely loved how beautifully presented the house was and the attention to detail from the host Monika & Varan was unforgettable. The decor was spectacular We would have loved air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs (it is currently downstairs only) but the fans upstairs did help with the hot nights. The privacy of the place is priceless and it’s proximity to nearby town Bjelovar (approx 8-10 mins by car) is incredibly handy for groceries and delicious restaurants. We absolutely loved lazing by the pool , looking over the enormous garden that the house has and surrounded by nature. It’s simply a beautiful place. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for a beautiful stay

Wir waren einfach begeistert. Sehr freundlich und unglaublich sympathischer Empfang und absolut ein "sofort zu Hause fühlen" Gefühl gehabt. Wir kamen mit unseren Motorrädern zu unserer angegebenen Zeit an, es hatte geregnet und da wartete schon ein angeheizter Holzofen im heimeligen Wohnzimmer. Wir waren begeistert, dass da so schön vorausgedacht wurde. Und die ganzen mit Liebe gestalteten Details.. Einfach herrlich. Eine absolute Empfehlung von unserer Seite. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für alles!
