Skaland offers a restaurant, pub, gas stations, electric car charging, a great grocery store, etc. Marked hiking trail to "Husfjellet" - 650 m high - starts at the grocery store. Welcome to Bølvær.

Det er mange fine fjellturer i området. Som Segla, Hesten, Keipen and Astrindtinden. Å ei nydelig sandstrand i Ersfjord kun 25 minutt unna.
