Kayak is available to hire for a trip on the river or out on the lake. To the center of Karlstad it is about 8 km. There is oven/microwave, stovetop and fridge/freezer. TV is available (streaming). Double bed (160x200cm) and a separate air mattress (a total of three sleeping places). Travel cot for baby to rent. Bed and towels are included. Welcome!

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Very good accommodation for weekly visitors. Up to 4 guests live here comfortably.

Right next to the house is Knappstadsviken nature reserve which offers beautiful hiking trails with barbecue areas and lookout towers. If you have an electric car, you have access to an electric car charger. Close to town in Karlstad (about 5 km). There is a bus stop nearby.
