We were very comfortable. The suite was well set with great design elements. Coffee and basket of snacks was handy and worked well for a lite breakfast and bedtime snack. House rules and renter instructions were clear. I was pleased that upstairs renters followed the guidelines and began quiet hours at 11 pm. A good comfortable place to stay. The mattress was outstanding. I loved that the TV was strategically placed for watching from the comfortable sofa and the bed. Good touch.

We really enjoyed our quick stay at Mary's place! The space is great, with everything you could need and more, plus the bed was extremely comfortable! Mary was always responsive, and check-in instructions were clear. We were in town for a concert downtown, which was very accessible as the studio is centrally located. We would love to stay again whenever we're back in Chattanooga!

We loved our time at Ben’s place! It was a nice break from a summer camp and before a camping trip. Beds were comfy, clean bathrooms, and clean kitchen. Grocery stores are convenient and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thanks Ben!

Great location, very well communication, accommodating late checkout

Loved my stay at this spot! I stayed while I started my job in the area (for the work week) and it was a nice secluded area to come back after work! Instructions about parking were super clear and everything was so clean! I would happily stay again especially bring a few people! The guild trail was beautiful as well and it’s in walking distance!

This space was perfect for our visit. We could easily come and go as we pleased. It was close to the major roads without feeling that way. We enjoyed having a comfortable place to rest and utilizing the kitchen. Helen was easy to communicate throughout the process of booking and during the stay! Thanks for a clean space and the feeling of being at home while being away.

This is a cozy little space for 1 or 2 people. You could do more I suppose but comfortably 1 or 2. It was perfect for my birthday trip to get out of the city. We weren't there very much because we were out during the day doing different touristy things but when we were there the property was very quiet and we very seldom even saw other people. My only complaint really was of the entrance to the place. Its a sliding patio door that was just very hard to open and close. The host said she will be replacing that. So, that should be taken care of. My favorite part of the room was the shower. its a rainfall shower and has really hot water. Sure there's a jacuzzi tub, but truly the shower was everything. lol The place also comes with everything you could need. Like a few small dishes like a couple cups and plates. There's a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a little mini fridge. oh and a little roku tv. which we did use a little. This is truly just a cozy spot.

Lauren’s private retreat is close to Bear Trace at Harrison Bay. If you are on the Tennessee Golf Trail - this beautiful suite is perfect for a couple . There were many special touches to make this a perfect stay…kitchenette, games, snacks, and a “zen like” feel . There is an outdoor patio, fire pit, and a pond on the property. Highly recommend for exploring this part of Tennessee.

Shannon’s place was very nice. It was close to everything and easily accessible. It was just what new needed for our weekend in Chattanooga.

Amazing place, cozy, pristine, beautiful decorated, the best bed and matress I have ever had in my entire life outside home, and I am counting 5 stars hotels, the king bed and thematress are the best and the jacuzzi in the bathroom, definetly recommended with my eyes closed.

Beautiful stay and perfect for our needs! The rental is in a nice, quiet area and it was private with everything to make us feel as if we were staying in a mountain lodge, even down to the provided s’mores! Bed was very comfortable. Owner was very nice and quick to respond to my questions. Would recommend 100%. Thank you for a great stay!

The studio was clean and had everything that I needed. Claire and John responded quickly when I reached out. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. It is close to a beautiful park with great walking paths. I will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay, super clean/great layout, quiet and safe location that is convenient with walkability to great restaurants and things to do. There was a storm that caused the power to go out and the hosts were so accommodating and made our stay so comfortable. Will definitely be back!
