Villa holiday rentals in Hamilton City

Great little place to stay if you’re on a budget, but still wanting quality! Beautiful new build home. However, very close to the road and footpath. But once inside it felt private. Warm and cozy. Close to Te Rapa which was great for shopping/restaurants. Well equipped with everything you needed and very clean. Garage fit our large SUV inside too.

We had an excellent stay at this near-new townhouse! The property was easy to find, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect - just 15 minutes walk to the city centre but nice and quiet. Our host was friendly and communicative, sending helpful emails without being intrusive. The townhouse is well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Levi’s Airbnb over the weekend! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for guests. The beds were super comfortable, the amenities were great, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Levi was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Such a nice home, definitely recommend!

Location was great 3 min walk to where we needed to be. Plenty of space for us all. Quiet/warm. Has all the extras if need be. We remedied a duvet cover we stained and happy to pay the reimbursement of that. We do apologise for that. Thank you for the stay.

My wife and I (retired couple, late 60s) stayed at this house owned by Guang for 2 weeks in winter, i.e. June, 2025. Everything was very, very clean. The weather outside was frosty and the heater in one of the bathrooms did not work. I told Guang and he came and fitted a new one the very next day. He asked me if there was anything else. I mentioned that the water drained rather slowly from the sink in the other bathroom and he immediately fixed that too. The kitchen/lounge/diner has a very efficient, cosy heater which can be set to come on or off on a timer. The bedrooms had portable heaters and were that much cooler. The house is a recently built bungalow. Neighbouring 2-storey properties overlook the small, fenced grassy area at the back. There is off street, outdoor parking for at least 3 cars, though Guang keeps the garage locked for himself. We had a very satisfactiory stay and I would happily go back. Thanks Guang!

Great host, would recommend

The property is beautifully presented, in a very quiet and picture perfect location. We had a wonderful time, and surprised ourselves with the good rest we all had. The living space and outdoor area are massive, and it is a very perfect location for a weekend away.

We had a huge week looking after a school group while staying at Jacqui's place and the only negative was that we could not spend more time at her place around the pool or enjoying the incredible grounds

Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️
