Beautiful cottage and we had a fantastic time here. Poppy Cottage is extremely comfortable. We all slept great. Spacious kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. A really great property. Thank you for a great stay 😊

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. Our group enjoyed a brilliant two night stay at Tall Trees. Everyone expressed what an exceptional weekend it was! The home is beautifully kept, in a lovely private location, with everything available to us at the home, no need to leave the house if you didn’t want to for a couple of days. Use of the hot tub and outdoor heated pool was a perfect touch to our stay. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. Michael and his mother Susan, have both been excellent hosts, very responsive to our needs and questions and very accommodating. There were some minor issues out of their control during the weekend but again Susan was extremely accommodating and more than happy to address this immediately so as to not impact our stay. Overall a wonderful weekend and stay at Tall Trees, we hope we have the opportunity to return again in future.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

A nice flat on two floors. It's clean and has almost everything. The only omission is, that, while an electric kettle is there, a tea pot is missing! (In an English household! ;-) ) The area isn't exciting, but it is well situated to reach Liverpool and Chester by car. Next door, there was a construction going on, which created a lot of noise early in the morning, but that isn't the fault of the host and will be a temporary problem. Clinton is a very friendly host who replies quick to questions, so I can recommend this flat.

The location is great, fabulous house, comfortable and quiet. the hosts are responsive and friendly. Absolutely amazing.

The cleanliness was nice, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. The amenities exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and two-car parking.

Excellent communication, great instructions on how to find and access. Spotless accommodation with good dog walks close by. Loved all the finishing touches and extras for humans and dogs alike.

Stayed for 2 weeks for work. Home from home . Exactly like the pictures . Very welcoming house and garden .Cooking facilities were great and had everything you would need. Area is very quiet and walking distance to warrington town center . Always found a parking space on the street .

Hugely convenient location, very easy to find and spotlessly clean. Host very friendly and clear with helpful check-in instructions. Highly recommend.
