Cottage with sea view for 1 or 2 families, as the house has a large separate annex with its own bathroom and toilet. Just a stone's throw from the lovely beach, you will find our newly built cottage, where you can enjoy the sea view while having your morning coffee on the terrace after a dip in the sea. The house is beautifully situated on the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Just a short bike ride away, you will find Rørvig By with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

Our 1935 family house with sea views and beach access is peacefully located at the top of the coastal road and is kept in its original style without unnecessary luxury. Here is a large living room with garden doors to land and water, a small charming kitchen, toilet and outdoor shower. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms, three with ocean views and wave sounds. There are three outdoor terraces, garden furniture and sea kayaks. The house is a five-minute walk from Liseleje square, grocery store, ice bar, cafés, shops, nature campsite and forest.

Kom og nyd naturen som omgiver vores tiny house kun 150 meter fra fjorden og klinten. Huset ligger på en stor grund, hvor vores eget “rigtige” hus ligger, men I kan slappe af i fred på den tilhørende private træterrasse. Vandreruten, Halsninoen, går lige forbi. Det rolige vand i fjorden indbyder til lystfiskeri, kajak og SUP. Lynæs surfcenter i nærheden tilbyder bl.a. instruktion i kitesurf og kajak samt lækker mad og live musik. The summer house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac approx. 500 meters from the beach. Close to sights in North Zealand and a 45-minute drive to Copenhagen. The house contains all modern conveniences incl. heated pool (from May 1st). Kitchen with espresso machine, Quooker, dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer. Huge terrace. Suitable for families with children, with numerous activities: trampoline, table tennis, fire pit, swings, sandbox, large lawn. Good internet connection. 2 x Apple TV.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170 years of history, with a new kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is separate from the rest of the property. There are 4 bicycles available.
