Great place to stay with beautiful view and a great space outside for the kids to play

Wow!!! A truly amazingly spacious house. Just spent 4 nights there celebrating my 60th with the family. Simon and Mandy met my husband as he arrived to go through everything. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. Literally home from home. There was 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and with so much room we could spread out. The children loved being able to run around and of course the pool!! The men thoroughly enjoyed the games room every evening especiallythe pinball machine. Us ladies chilled in the lounge room with a wine. We asked if one of the double single rooms could be made into a superking and the hosts were only to happy to oblige. The house was exactly as described, in fact better! Located in a rural quiet area. Spotlessly clean too. Bath towels supplied were so soft. The hosts kept in touch and answered all my messages promptly. Can't think of anything to fault as so perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hill Crest House.

We had a lovely stay at Jason's place. It was exactly as the details stated. Perfect venue and location for me and my friends. I would be happy to stay there again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House with Jacquline. Beautiful location, swimming pool was such a bonus for the children, they loved it! The grounds were fantastic, such a lot to explore, our children loved the chickens and climbing frame and the private wood was great for hide and seek. Jacquline was such a great, friendly host and gave us great advice about visiting York. She even arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend at Salty Kisses with my family. The house was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Joanne was a very good host and emailed all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to relax with friends. Really enjoyed the terrace and the views. Comfortable beds. A very attractive holiday park estate with a great feel. So close to the beaches and beach cafe. Richard very responsive and helpful. A perfect week.

The place was lovely, a short walk to the lovely beach was the main draw. A good location to explore nearby towns by car. The additional of the on site swimming pool was great. The house the comfortable and great space for the 4 of us. Andree was very friendly and knew if we needed anything we could get in touch. Thanks.

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

Staying at Sycamore House this time round was a very emotional experience as I needed somewhere for myself and my family last minute due to a family bereavement and despite he late booking, Kate and Jane went out of their way to make it possible. It was wonderful to be able to stay in one of our favourite houses anywhere, as it feels so much like home and we could find peace looking at the beautiful garden and walking on the Westwood. Huge thanks to Kate and Jane can only recommend this as a wonderful place to spend some time.

Would really recommend Phills place for anyone looking to stay in the area. Good location, close to shops, plenty of parking and not much noise outside. Had everything we needed for a visit to family

The cottage is amazing - beautifully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean, good showers, comfy beds. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend this lovely house. Excellent and prompt communication from Holly.

Beautiful cottage. Great care had been taken with the decor, fittings and appliances and everything was in perfect working order. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. There was a lovely welcome message when we arrived and some delicious ginger biscuits were waiting on the kitchen counter. The cottage is ideally situated with just a two minute walk to the cliff top coastal path and a short drive to the RSPB Reserve at Bempton Cliffs where we achieved our goal of seeing puffins . I am so pleased I chose this particular property

Just got back from stopping in the house. The house was in a lovely private location, very peaceful and relaxing. A short walk from both sea front and town with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. Plenty of amenities such as Tesco, coop and other local shops. The house was a lovely home away from home with plenty of space and the host was very helpful if needed with fast communication. Would definitely stop again 10/10

Just come back from a weekend here. The beach is literally 2mins away. Got shops arcades a great pub. All close by! The accommodation was better than what it looks on the pic. It was for my birthday and they went all out for me. I would deffo recommend this place and we will be back. Thank you!

Debra's place is well located in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is functional and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is filled with all cutlery, utensils so you can easily cook food there. The fridge is of good size! The garden is also of large size and we spotted little bunnies there. The children were thrilled! The rooms are of good size and have nice linen. Debra was very responsive and provided all clear instructions for a flexible check-in. We recommend this place for friends and families.

Very lovely home! Very responsive host! Place was beautiful and everything we needed was within a 10 min walk. Seafront was 10 mins away! Parking was okay! Got a spot when we needed it. Lovey market when we went, and great arcades :) Thankyou

Absolutely loved our stay at Ryan and Steph’s home. Lovely location, 5 minutes walk to the boating lake and land train and 20 minute walk to the pier. Local shop and takeaway at the end of the road. The house is immaculate, and has all the amenities you could ask for. The garden is private and well kept and we had a relaxing time in the hot tub. The Prosecco was an added treat, thanks x

Very nice, clean and cosy place.. inside the cottage very clean and you will find all you need.. Lack of walkways around was the only concern and a bit to close to the main road. Other then that all perfect

All I can say is Wow! Victor has been an incredible host when we have had to leave our property due to a leak. Extremely attentive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, and brought us fresh bedding after the first week. The house looks exactly like the photos, lovely and clean. Felt like a home away from home! Victor was very speedy with his responses too. Thank you so much for making a very stressful time, a lot more tolerable.
