Great apartment. Very spacious rooms. Super clean. Quiet location, yet beautiful surroundings. A playground is within walking distance. In the neighboring village, there is a bakery and shopping facilities. Highly recommended overall

We used to stay in the Paulusviertel and came for a nostalgia trip. I was a bit skeptical about the proximity to the concrete desert Halle Neustadt. But Nietleben is, so to speak, its own old district, and the apartment is located in a lovingly decorated brick cottage. Inside also everything very tasteful, very large kitchen and large balcony facing south overlooking the countryside. However, a bathroom for 5-6 people already needs some arrangement. Very dog-friendly, right outside the door around Bruchsee for walking. We were by car and so you are Ruck Zuck in the city and elsewhere, with the public transport it is a bit of the tram. Nice hosts, highly recommended!

We had a great experience at this spacious and beautiful apartment. Constantine is a great host, he greeted us personally which we appreciated it. We stayed during a heat wave, and needed an extra fan. We asked Constantine, and in a matter of minutes he showed up in the apartment with a Dyson fan! We will be back for sure!

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is very tastefully and lovingly furnished, from the beginning, there is a feeling of coziness. We used the apartment very little, not cooked or the like,... But if, everything would have been very clean and neatly available. From our side, a very clear recommendation for the place as also for the hosts, whom we unfortunately were unable to meet in person, traveled there myself, but all contact was very friendly and accommodating. As say, thank you and maybe see you next year.

The apartment was really very nicely decorated! Everything you could need was provided, so you didn't have to carry so much (towels, linens, etc.) and the location is also very nice. The hosts were always very quick to respond and kindly even forgot to send us things. Highly recommended!

I did not meet Khanh in person, but the communication was excellent and smooth. The accommodation also corresponded to the description and you could stay there well. Unfortunately, the walls to the neighboring apartments/rooms are noisy and the street is also not to be missed, but the latter had already been described by other people in their reviews, so you could prepare for it. For the price, the location, amenities and cleanliness were appropriate and if you are looking for accommodation only for overnight stays, I can recommend the apartment.

The contact with Tilman was above average from the beginning. We had received perfect information for the very nice, quiet apartment in the center. If there were any questions, he responded quickly and helped immediately. The apartment is very well equipped and renovated, with a balcony and a quiet courtyard. The way this platform was once intended: Cozy, likeable accommodation with a nice hostess and fair price. No hotel room disguised as an airbnb, but accommodation in a small office apartment. There is everything you need: top bathrooms, small kitchenette with pot, salt, sponge, etc. Perfect for working remotely. Messe Leipzig is easily accessible by public transport. A sauna a few minutes away. The place looked exactly like the photos. Too bad I could only stay briefly! Thank you so much!

For our travel group of 5 adults and 2 children, the loft was absolutely perfect: enough retreats for everyone, two bathrooms and more than enough space to eat together at the large table. I can highly recommend the apartment for families with children - there are many play and exercise options, both indoors and outdoors! Many thanks to Jenny and Michael!

The positive surprises started right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house without extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely courteous and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely furnished, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are drawn to the area again, we will be happy to come back to Pierre! Simply recommended!

A "love nest" in the truest sense of the word. There is nothing missing, the view from the roof terrace is simply beautiful. The area is ideal for cycling and walking. The lake with the harbor is only minutes from the accommodation. It's also really great that your four-legged friend can be there.
