Near by is fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Studio faces the ocean. This is a direct ocean front studio. Indoor & outdoor north pool are currently open. Sauna and gym are open. We have beach access to the north side of the building via the public access ramp. Temp parking is next door, south side behind white fence.

We maintain a smoke-free space but there may be residual smoke odor in the hallways due to individuals smoking outside
