Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Haliburton County

We had a wonderful stay at Robertas cottage. It was very clean and had everything you could need to cook. Roberta was very quick in response to questions. I can very positively recommend this accomodation!! 😁

Joan's accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was clean, perfectly equipped and the location was very convenient for our hikes in Algonquin Park. Joan and her husband are very warm, friendly people and always had a good tip for us. The communication was great. We will be happy to return!

We were so happy to stay at this cottage! The house was cozy and welcoming, and both our child and our dog had an amazing time. It was the perfect place for a fun and relaxing family getaway. We would love to come back again!

Amazing stay!! We were blown away by just how beautiful and thoughtful the cottage amenities were. The decor is like a luxury hotel - everything is brand new and perfect. We appreciated all the different outdoor spaces and made use of the dock, the deck, the fire pit and the hot tub. Despite the terrible weather, we still had lots to do and felt like a dream getaway. Can't wait to go back again!

Although the rainy anf chill weather made our bike riding trip to a simple gathering, although the widely Bell Internet outage did give us a little bit of difficulty. Buy few long time no see friends got to drink and chat in the lovely place was all worth the trip. This place is well decorated, clean and comfy. Good location for staying if you want to access those beautiful windy road in that area. Will definitely book this place again.

This place was a great size for our group of 10 and had a very spacious and comfortable main room where we could all gather to eat, play games and relax. The sauna is a nice feature as well. The kitchen was very well equipped. Kersti and her co-hosts were very responsive, accomodating and helpful.

Amazing place! Felt like staying in a tree house. The cottage lives up to the photos. Did I mention we were welcomed with a bottle of wine? ☺️.

Our stay here did not start off exactly as expected but the owner by far made up for it with her kindness and actions. The place was perfect and ideally located for us. We would definitely recommend:)

The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed, including an iron and ironing board. I really appreciated all the local information provided in a binder (which saved me having to do some homework ahead of time), including details about the trails. I hiked up to a beautiful lookout which was just 7min away. The bed was so comfortable and greatly appreciated having the duvet. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Wonderful experience from start to the end. Lisa goes above and beyond with best accommodation and recommendations. Felt like we came home and enjoyed peaceful and beautiful surroundings. My favorite place was by the dock, surrounded by clear waters and greenery for miles. We had enjoyed taking daily canoe trips, visiting waterfall as per Lisa’s recommendation! Thanks again! Jo and Malcolm's home was just the kind of quiet, peaceful getaway we were looking for. Great location, close to good hiking spots and trails. Their place was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything you would need. They were wonderful hosts and always responsive. We would love to come back here.

Greeted right away with a quick tour . Everything neat and clean . Many lakes near by for activities. Complimentary breakfast was accommodated and a sweet gesture .

The Nest was the perfect spot to stay for a March Break workshop at Haliburton School of Art & Design. Clean, welcoming and nicely appointed. The bed was super comfortable. It was quiet and the kitchen had everything I needed. Andria and Larry were great at communicating. It’s also a short walk into town. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here! The house was spotless and had everything we could’ve needed and more. The dock and watercrafts were our favourite daytime spot, and the dining table was perfect for groups games in the evenings. We didn’t get to use the fire pits but there were two of them! We’ll definitely be back!

We had our annual guys weekend and chose Wayne's place this year. It was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfy, the property is nice and flat with an easy entrance into the water. The one downside that has been previously mentioned, it is it right on a main road so you do hear the cars and trucks so not as peaceful as other places. Overall a great weekend and the value for the property is good. We will definitely book again.

Ron's cottage has gorgeous view!! Definitely worth to stay in!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin! This was our 4th time coming back, and it never disappoints. The snowshoe trails are fantastic, offering great adventures right outside the door. We especially enjoyed the outdoor winter fires – a perfect way to unwind after a day in the snow. The cabin itself is so warm and inviting, truly the ideal spot for a cozy winter getaway. Tammy and Donna are such wonderful hosts, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Can’t wait for our next visit!

A Perfect Getaway at a Beautiful Water View Cottage! Our group of girlfriends recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely Airbnb cottage in Norland, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was great, with great views of the water that made every moment feel special. The cottage itself was very nice, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were attentive. We were disappointed that we couldn't fully enjoy the wonderful deck due to the weather. However, the hot tub was a fantastic highlight of our stay, and we made the most of it! Overall, our stay was great, and look forward to returning. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful scenery, this is the place to be!

Khristel was very accommodating with our late check out and she was very fast with her responses. The place is such an amazing getaway peaceful location. Everything we needed was provided and stocked accordingly. I would definitely recommend and stay longer next time .

We booked the airbnb very last minute and Lixin reached out to us promptly and gave us clear instructions. The cottage is stunning , it actually looks better than the pictures. overall, we had a wonderful weekend over there.

We had a lovely stay at Natasha's. Home was very new, clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Just loved admiring all the beautiful trees! We had a dog with us and walking around the surroundings was so peaceful. Sauna/spa was great after a long walk. Very close to Haliburton and Minden. There is a very nice country market nearby as well. Highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful retreat with a modern touch.
