It has a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and a small Japanese garden, and you can use the entire ground floor of the house where you can feel the peaceful Japanese life. We provide a stroller for you to enjoy your peace of mind even with small children.We also have bikes for you to use for free and a Nintendo Switch indoors. There are local restaurants and shopping streets where you can experience the real life of Fukuoka within walking distance, so please enjoy cycling and walking.We also recommend LaLaport Fukuoka. - In front of the station & double access 2 mins walk to the nearest JR Sasabaru station! 2 stops from Hakata Station · 7 minutes by ride. Nishitetsu Ijiri station is also a 7-minute walk. The facility is not located in the center, but you can easily access Hakata and Tenjin by train. • There is free parking (2 cars can be parked in parallel), but the front road and width are narrow, so if you are not good at parking with large cars such as family cars, please use the coin parking lot in the neighborhood.There are several within 4min by walking.See picture of parking.

Good access to not only Hakata Station, but also to the large bus terminal. The newly built condominium, which began in September 2024, is equipped with the latest facilities. Security is also sufficient.Please enjoy Hakata life with your family and friends! [Children, babies welcome] It is equipped with a double bed and a semi-double bed, making it ideal for families with children.We will rent goods according to the age of children for free. This is an attractive accommodation that can be easily accessed from two stations, a 6-minute walk from JR Kagoshima Main Line Minami Fukuoka Station and a 6-minute walk from Nishitetsu Zassho Station. There are restaurants, convenience stores, banks, 24-hour supermarkets, shopping streets, and bus stops nearby, making it a very convenient location. The new Nishitetsu Sakura-Nariki Station opened on March 16, making it even more convenient! Smooth access to the airport, Tenjin, Hakata station, Dazaifu Tenmangu, Lalaport Fukuoka, Canal City Hakata, etc. from the station and bus. This new property was built in July 2022 and has an accommodation on the 12th floor. Long-term use of a week or more is even more discounted, making it a very good value. Enjoyable stay! The place was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was spotless when we checked in. All amenities needed for a short 4-5 days stay were available and worked very well. Instructions on how to use everything were also available and very handy. The location is about 10-15 mins walk away from Hakata Station so might not be too suitable for elderly but is otherwise perfect. Close enough to the bustle of Hakata Station but far enough to feel like having your own place in Fukuoka. Combinis are also on the route back from Hakata Station so it was convenient to grab any last minute necessities. Kozue was also very helpful with info and suggestions and the greeting and gift on the last day. Appreciate the hospitality! Will definitely stay again if we come back to Fukuoka.

Thank you Noriko for the warm accommodation. It was so homey! She served some snacks, brought us to nice restaurant and even lent me her bike. Her home is perfect for what ever purpose you may have in mind, be it visiting places nearby, spending some quiet time with yourself or just stay home and rest. Just remember to always be mindful of what you do because we as guests should behave and respect other people and places. It was so nice talking to her, she speaks English very well. I'll look forward to staying in your place again and definitely would highly recommend. Keep in touch!

It's a really nice accommodation to be with children. I used it as an accommodation on the first day, and it was really nice because it had a Japanese feel. And thank you for preparing baby bath products, baby supplies, etc.
