The place is really spacious and clean, together with a hospitable and helpful host made the trip remarkably pleasant.

Okay, there are carp in front of the house, and cats are welcomed. The owner is friendly and wants to stay again. It feels like being with nature.

I was visiting a friend so I had help with translation but you can get by with mobile translate. The reception staff are friendly and welcomed me with a warm smile : ) Just make sure your reservation/PP/visa stamp proof is ready. The room provided everything I needed as described and spot clean! Especially bathroom, Air Con plus a fan was excellent! My only issue was the fridge was unplugged so needed to wait for some time to get working and may of needed a wipe down but everything else was spot clean. By the kitchen the extractor fan wasn't working but you dont go to Hai Phong and cook in your room! You go out and eat at the local market stalls or restaurants of course! What is handy is there is a small beverage fridge at reception so you can buy some water/juice/beer for a fair price at the start or end of a trip. It was the closest place to my friends so if I am ever in the Hai Phong area again I would be happy to book again. Thank you for the stay and hope to visit soon.

Located in an international neighborhood, it is convenient for you to eat nearby.But the comforter is a little thin.

Had a great time at this Airbnb! We were also able to hire a private chef and masseuse to complement our stay. Just make sure to give your arrival details/other planned arrangements in advance to avoid the lag between communication. Additionally, we contacted the owner of the villa via social media before booking via Airbnb (there are a few different listings for the same property) so they could direct us to the correct link. Otherwise our stay was absolutely fantastic and we would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Absolutely incredible villa! You get your own private pool, an outdoor sauna with showers, and four immaculate, identical rooms – each with its own ensuite (no room debates necessary!). The place is equipped with modern amenities, and the fridge comes fully stocked with cold drinks ready to go. The best surprise? A private karaoke room that's not shown in the photos – it quickly became a group favourite and added so much fun to our stay. To top it all off, the host connects you with a local driver who’ll take you to and from the main town and share his own recommendations. Huge shoutout to Heung – hands down the best driver in all of Cat Ba! Thank you for an unforgettable stay – we loved every minute of it!
