The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants. Arrive and feel good.... that is our motto and wish for you! Our apartment is located on the second floor of our apartment building. It is flooded with light and allows a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. It consists of a sleeping area, with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen-living room with a corner sofa and a spacious, modern bathroom with large shower. If required, a second bedroom can be booked.

The four of you get a lot in our 106 sqm duplex oasis. In addition to two separate bedrooms, you have a lot of space in the open living area with sofa, dining area and fireplace. In the well-equipped large kitchen, which also has two seats, you can cook extensively. The large bathroom has a floor-level shower and a bathtub. The whole thing is rounded off with a nice quiet garden area with terrace and BBQ.

You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
