The apartment has underfloor heating from external blinds, a barrier-free entrance and an outdoor terrace with children's playground. Parking space free of charge.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants. It is flooded with light and allows a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. It consists of a sleeping area, with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen-living room with a corner sofa and a spacious, modern bathroom with large shower. If required, a second bedroom can be booked.

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. You are in the middle of nature, where the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
