The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

This fantastic tiny house is located in the middle of the nature. Between wide meadows and a forest there are lakes where you can also swim. The view from the large panoramic window on a wide meadow is fantastic. On the edge of our idyllic property you have an area for yourself. Next door there is a little garden with herbs and chickens. In the tiny house, underfloor heating on cold nights provides cozy warmth. The perfect spot for a break in the great outdoors!

We felt very comfortable with Iris. The apartment was very clean and there were sweets and something to drink to welcome you. Thanks again! We have made many excursions, including the book fair to Leipzig. At warmer temperatures, the surrounding lakes are of course also very nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our extended weekend.

We were very happy with the place. Everything was as described, quiet and comfortable. The area is great, there is a lot to experience, to see and you are quickly on the road in Leipzig and surroundings. If you are looking for peace from everyday life, you can find it on the lake and in the village. Around the lake (15 km) you can walk & jog and bike /inliner drivers can also find their joy. There are many cafes and restaurants and even a small "shop 24/7" in case you need something urgently and the opening hours of the well-known shops are closed. Hosts are very friendly 🤗 We will be happy to come back. 😊
