It was a spacious and relaxing accommodation for 7 people to stay. It matched the photos, and I was able to walk to the beach, and it was very peaceful. However, the next door was under construction, so there was a little noise during the day, but it was usually out, so there was no inconvenience in living. Both the host and the housekeeper listened to my requests and were kind.

The house is, if anything, a little bit better than advertised and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Ha Long between recommending things to do locally, organising taxis and much more. I would highly recommend people to stay here - especially big groups!

Absolutely incredible villa! You get your own private pool, an outdoor sauna with showers, and four immaculate, identical rooms – each with its own ensuite (no room debates necessary!). The place is equipped with modern amenities, and the fridge comes fully stocked with cold drinks ready to go. The best surprise? A private karaoke room that's not shown in the photos – it quickly became a group favourite and added so much fun to our stay. To top it all off, the host connects you with a local driver who’ll take you to and from the main town and share his own recommendations. Huge shoutout to Heung – hands down the best driver in all of Cat Ba! Thank you for an unforgettable stay – we loved every minute of it!

The apartment location is very convenient, close to the city center, easy to move to shopping areas, restaurants and famous tourist attractions in Hai Phong. The surrounding area is quiet, good security, suitable both for long or business rest. The owner of the apartment is also very friendly and enthusiastic, always willing to support when needed. I am completely satisfied and will definitely come back if I have a chance to visit Hai Phong again.
