Apartment holiday rentals in Häggvik

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in het appartement! Voor 2 personen vonden wij het uitstekend. Voor 4 wellicht wat klein. We hebben beide zeer goed geslapen! Het bed is comfortabel en gaf voldoende ondersteuning aan ons beide ondanks dat er een behoorlijk verschil in gewicht zit. Er zijn 4 eenpersoons dekbedden, wat voor stellen wellicht minder prettig is. Wij hebben wel de ramen in de slaapkamer bedekt zodat het niet zo licht was, de huidige gordijnen zijn wat dun naar ons inzicht. De keuken is prima, het meeste is aanwezig en toen ik iets nodig had, werdt er snel en behulpzaam gereageerd. Ja, de badkamer is niet groot, de afvoer werkt prima alleen de vloer wordt nat, maar dat is in mijn ogen geen groot probleem. De omgeving is mooi en langs het water lopen is zeker een aanrader. Station en supermarkt is op ongeveer 15 minuten loopafstand. Op 30 minuten wandelen is het begin van een Nationaal park wat ook zeker de moeite waard is!

I've stayed at Massimo's for about 2 months while looking for a permanent apartment in Stockholm and it felt like home. Häggvik is amazing for those of you who are looking for a place somewhere quiet and far from the city center/touristy stuff, yet 30 minutes away from all that. Huge supermarkets are a stone's throw away and Massimo's kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need to cook. Bear in mind that you'd have two little goldfishes to take care of, in case you of course ask Massimo to take them, which I did, since I was going to take a week-long trip and someone needed to take care of them:) All in all, the apartment is lovely Massimo is a great guy, very helpful and fun, so this did feel more like staying at a friend's place rather than an Airbnb. 10/10!

Wow, five stars isn’t enough as Annika went out of her way to make me feel at home. She joked about mosquitos in Säträängsvägen but all I found were very friend ducks and beautiful scenery! 🦆 Nearby there is a bus stop that takes you to the nearest metro and an amazing Pizzeria, which was super useful after I arrived without eating almost the entire day! 🥵

The apartment is fantastic and faultless. It is clean, very quiet, modern, powerful shower, comfy beds and feels very safe, would happily stay again. The hosting could do with a little improvement. It was unusual to have to chase the host whilst at the airport to send us check in instructions and exact address (a couple of hours before check in). It would be helpful to recieve additional property information (or it be left in the apartment) such as what bedding and linen to use to make up the sofa bed and where to dispose rubbish & recycling bags/bins during the stay. That said, the host was always responsive to our queries. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Cara’s apartment for 7 weeks while working remotely. Cara was a fantastic host -/ super responsive and helped us organize regular cleanings during our stay. The apartment is in a nice part of Östermalm close to both green space and shops, restaurants, etc. and about a block away from the metro. The apartment itself is small but nicely laid out (quite typical for Stockholm apartments) and has a full kitchen, combo washer/dryer, and other appliances and supplies you’d need for a longer stay. One note if you’re staying for a while and planning to cook is that there isn’t a microwave, so reheating is more of a process. Internet is a little slow for remote work, which isn’t really an issue unless you’re doing zoom calls etc.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung im lebendigen Viertel Södermalm. Viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe aber trotzdem ruhig im obersten Stockwerk gekegen. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr war sehr gut. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in Södermalm sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Fin lägenhet i bra läge. Caroline var proaktiv och hjälpsam och flexibel i både in- och utcheckning. Rekommenderas!

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment! In my opinion, the location is simply perfect. It's ideal for exploring all areas of Stockholm on foot, with everything within comfortable walking distance. The apartment is just a few minutes from Slussen metro station, which is only two stops from T-Centralen, making it super convenient to reach both the airport and central train station. The apartment itself is cozy, warm (which is especially appreciated in cooler weather), and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, and even some lovely extras like my favorite Rituals products in the bathroom! The coffee machine with coffee was a great bonus as I really need my morning coffee, so it made my stay even better. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this place. Hotel rooms in the city can often feel small and impersonal, but here I truly felt at home.

The place was just as described, great location and had comfortable stay overall, definitely recommend. :)

Nous avons été ravi de passer quelques jours chez Charlotta et Robert. Ils ont été très réactif lors de nos échanges. L'appartement correspond à l'annonce et à nos attentes. Il était propre, très lumineux et fonctionnel. Le lit est très confortable! L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche d'un magnifique parc (parfait pour les enfants), proche du métro et quartier très apaisant. Séjour ressourçant assuré!

We can definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay. It looks exactly like the pictures and it is cosy and clean. It is also really easy get to from the airport as it is just two minutes walk from Tekniska Hogskolan station. The apartment is very well located in a picturesque part of the city and is easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and bakeries. We had a lovely time exploring the city on foot or by electric scooters! AnaMaria and Katarina were brilliant hosts. They were very welcoming and friendly and even when they couldn’t be there to welcome us in person after our flight was delayed for a few hours, AnaMaria sent us detailed instructions about how to get to the apartment and let ourselves in. They provided a link to a local guide for places to visit and were generally very responsive to any questions we had throughout the visit.

Hem estat molt bé a l'apartament d'en Tommy, és molt aconsellable l'estada a casa seva. L'apartament és de 10, molt còmode, molt net i amb totes les comoditats necessàries. Està a 8 km d'Estocolm, molt ben comunicat amb els autobusos que et porten a la ciutat, a part que la barriada és molt tranquil·la i es respira un ambient molt acollidor. Un lloc, doncs, molt recomanable per allotjar-te i poder fer la visita a Estocolm i els seus voltants.

Top Wohnugn, direkt vor der Haustür die U-Bahn Station, ein Restaurant daneben, in weniger als 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Super Gastgeber, ich kann diese Wohnung einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr Sauber, einfache Zugänglichkeit und eine wirklich schöne Inneneinrichtung. Auch Kochutensilien (Gewürze, Öl, usw.), Shampoo und weiteres war vorhanden. Toller Aufenthalt. Danke!

Massimiliano´s apartment is really nice. Very clean, with excellent space for a family of 4, it would probably be also good for a bigger family. It is very well located, just 2 min from the metro station and there are many restaurants and shopping close by. There is also a nice park very close to the apartment that are nice for kids. Everything went extremely well and I would recommend the apartment for other families that are coming to visit or work in Stockholm.

This place was beautiful right in the heart of Stockholm. Bella was responsive to any questions we had and even created a Google Drive of recommended restaurants, bars, and activities in the area.

Very cosy and nice apartament. Owner was Very friendly. Beautifull neighbourhood, only few steps away from park and promenade and restaurants! Even wild rabbits are living in backyard! 😀

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mauro, qui est un hôte très attentif et généreux (croissants le dimanche matin, délicieux tiramisu!). Le logement est très confortable, d'une propreté irréprochable et très agréable avec le sauna! Même s'il est en retrait du centre-ville de Stockholm, l'accès est très facile avec les transports en commun. Je vais me souvenir très longtemps de ce magnifique après-midi à discuter tout en partageant les secrets du tiramisu! Merci Mauro pour cette belle leçon de vie!

Apartament confortable situat en un barri perifèric d'Estocolm, molt tranquil i bonic, de cases poc altes amb zones ajardinades i parcs. Metro molt aprop. Supermercat aprop i obert fins tard. Amfitriona molt agradable; respon ràpid als nostres dubtes. Apartament recollit però adequat per a una família. Érem 5 i hem estat molt bé. Si tornem a Estocolm no dubtaríem a triar l'allotjament de Moa

Steffi has a fantastic appartement within walking distance of Kungsholmen neighbourhood. Checking in went spotless, apartment was well arranged, with nice touches to make us feel right at home. She had a well equipped kitchen which meant for us we were able to do quite a bit of home cooking. I also worked from the appartement for the week, for which it had sufficient space. We brought out dog and have to say this neighborhood is fastanstic for it, plenty of paths and nature right on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend this appartment for anyone coming to Stockholm and getting a feel for local life there. Thanks Steffi for hosting us. Can't thank you enough 👏🏻🔥

Хозяйка очень отзывчивая и всегда быстро отвечала на сообщения. Я полностью всем доволен. Обязательно приедем ещё раз. Спасибо! Очень рекомендую. Вживую квартира выглядит даже лучше, чем на фотографиях.
