A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Casa Oliva - the nicest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefall house of 30 m2 called Casa Oliva, is a very homely little house built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those who travel alone, everything is who visit Gothenburg on a couple weekend or longer holiday, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). This unique guest house is situated in central Gothenburg with a fantastic view of the harbour. Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by the ferry (12 min) that leaves 100m from the house. Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

Just 20 km into Gothenburg, 4 km to Göteborg Landvetter AirPort, 1 km to Chalmers Golf Club and 4 meters to refreshing swim in Hornasjön you will find our small house (25m2),located on the same plot as our accommodation, with a bedroom with a 140cm wide bed + a 140cm wide sofa bed in the room, crib can also be arranged if needed. Upon request and addition in price we can usually arrange transfer to the airport and also into the city• Easier breakfasts and other requests as well.
