The backyard views were beautiful! No horses visited but so many birds to watch and listen to. Super peaceful and it was obvious that this is a special place! We enjoyed watching the geckos on the outside of the glass shower come to catch moths each night haha. Love the proximity to beaches like Tunnels, Anini and more. If you want to get into Haena State park make reservations ahead of time. Wish we would have done that. Also note there isn’t great cell service. Overall we loved our stay!!

The place surpassed all our expectations. The views from the balcony of the mountains, lush trees, flowers and waterfalls are so beautiful. We definitely want to go back. You will not be disappointed!!

Very clean and well appointed condo with ocean view. Recreational gear was available. Host provided notebook with pertinent information about the condo and the area. Parking was readily available.

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and comfortable and the AC did not disappoint. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Nice neighborhood close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The only downfall (which is no fault of the house or host) is that the next door neighbor was constantly watching us in the yard and did NOT like when the kids ball rolled into his yard. Oops! Other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again…minus the ball.

This house was perfect. The porch was nestled up against the forest and we had horses visit us each day. It was a very short walk to a quiet beach and a short drive to Hanalei Bay for groceries. Honestly didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere else on the island because this place was so relaxing.

This was a great place and a short walk to the beach. Also great how close it was to the airport after a long flight to the island. Wonderful Airbnb hosts as well as they were always super responsive and proactive. Loved being about midway between the North and Southside of the island. Couple places we loved near by, favorite shaved ice was Hee Fat and Malasadas at Paradise bakery. Like this rental, very reasonable prices and offer fantastic products!

Such a beautiful place! My family and I had a wonderful time here. The host was so accommodating and the space was perfect for our family of 6 (including a toddler). We would absolutely come back and book this place again!

We had a nice stay in Princeville. Laura was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was in a great location for exploring the north shore. It was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Only complaint is the AC is pretty loud and didn’t reach one of the bedrooms but it wouldn’t hold us back from visiting again.

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

Great place to stay in Princeville. I chose this place because of the location and also because many other places I looked at don’t have AC. The AC worked great and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Location is a quick and easy drive to anywhere you want to be on the North Shore. The instructions to find the unit were very clear and the parking is super convenient, just steps from the front door. I also appreciated that snorkels, a cooler and beach chairs are all provided!

The house was a great rental in Princeville. The mountains are within view and ocean walkable. Appreciated the different spaces to hang out, awesome salt pool with pool gear accessible and all the amenities we needed for our stay. Walkable to Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach also the paths by the golf course. Would highly recommend this place for family of 10. Thanks for the great memories!!

This was our second stay at Lisa’s and we had another excellent stay. Everything was as clean and wonderful as we remembered. The kitchen has everything you could need if you decide to cook or prepare meals at home. The beds were comfortable as well. Lisa is very quick to respond and willing to help if you need anything. Excellent location right on the oceanfront. Easy access to swimmable spot (walk several block down to public beach access or walk over some rocks/logs on the beach toward the more swimmable side). We also snorkeled right in front of the house but entry was a little tricker. House is older but clean. Tracey communicated well with any questions I had and to make sure all was well. Easily walkable to market, several good restaurants, etc. The house worked well for 4 adults and we would absolutely stay again if in the area! Thanks Tracey.

Comfortable home in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. We especially enjoyed socializing, cooking and dining in the large airy “great” room after a busy day exploring beaches and hiking trails. Wonderful view of the sunset from covered deck and dining table. Loved viewing albatross families with their chicks in nearby cul-de-sacs. Matt and his manager, Monica, were timely and responsive to our questions and pleasant to work with. Only downside was that the malfunctioning BR fans/lights had not been repaired/replaced before our arrival plus dealing with the shaky kitchen faucet barely hanging on to its base …

Great experience. Outstanding location is quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to shops, coffee, groceries, beach, walking path along golf course, basketball court, and park. Perfect for our group of 2 adults and 5 teenagers. Plenty of fans, windows, and tradewinds to keep us cool, so the lack of AC wasn't an issue. Thrilled the garage had bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, and other amenities we didn't expect. Host was friendly and very helpful. Lots of bright lizards/geckos outside were fun to watch. Had to relocate a few baby geckos that snuck inside. Overall we are very pleased with our stay.

The house had everything we needed. From kids toys to a fully stocked kitchen and a great backyard. We really appreciated the little touches like the instant ice maker. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. We will be back. Mahalo!

My girlfriend has a sixth sense for finding amazing places (she hunts recommendations like treasures) and once again she nailed it. This property delivered - spotless, spacious two-bedroom layout with efficient cooling that saved us during some hot Kauai days. Best part? The location. You're on one edge of the island's half-circle layout, which was perfect for us. Less traffic, fewer crowds, no sprawl. Just a quick walk to stunning beaches and a short drive to Hanalei, our favorite town on the island. We woke up to gorgeous views every morning. Mala the cat became our unofficial vacation buddy, showing up for afternoon naps on the regular. You'll need to keep the bedroom doors open at night for the heat pump to cool you. Also grab groceries before arriving - the kitchen starts completely empty. Worth every penny for a perfect Kauai home base.

Beautiful, clean home. We were so happy to have beach supplies to meet all of our needs. Bring a sleep mask and ear plugs if you’re sensitive to light and noise. The area roosters want to wake you early and you’ll want to sleep with windows open to capture the cool breeze.

Such a lovely place. It’s 10 min drive from Hanalei Bay, and the host is super friendly and responsive as well. Had a small issue with the hot tub and Anastasia helped me solve it super fast.

We booked Daniela’s home for a wedding we attended on the nearby golf course. Beautiful location, comfortable home, responsive host. Also have to mention the fully stocked kitchen was a huge plus we felt right at home. With a grocery store a 5 minute drive away it was so convenient. Daniela was super proactive reaching out before the trip and even checking in on us while we were there. Super easy to contact her with any questions. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available if we had any questions. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!
