It is RURAL, the pubs have varied opening hours, we get country insects. WiFi 🛜 access & phone signal varies. TV free-view not Smart, 2 vehicles parking. No shop local. Long life milk in case you forget supplies. The nearest shop or takeaway is 5 miles. Tesco Waitrose deliver. I do my best to point all of this out.

The Cottage is an ideal base to explore coast and countryside of Suffolk. Surrounded by footpaths and being directly on the National Cycle Route 1, makes Rookery Farm Cottage perfect for walkers, cyclists and beach lovers alike.

Comfortable and cosy accommodation with one bedroom (king size bed), en-suite shower room, kitchen/dinning space, and lounge area. Only suitable for adults.

Tucked away but within a short walk of the market hill and Framlingham Castle yet only 25 minute drive from the coast. Our recently converted ground floor annexe has a Retro-Scandinavian feel comprising double bedroom with en-suite shower room and living area with sofabed and bespoke fitted kitchen. Guests will have use of part of the south facing garden and parking for one vehicle is in a shared driveway.
