The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, spacious and large enough for a group or family. The pool area is lovely. Nice views of the water and and easy walk to Hastings St or around to the River.

Mark and Kerrie’s place is a big apartment in a great location convenient to Noosa’s beaches and Hastings Street. We were impressed at how clean the space was and had a great time.

Mark and Kerry are brilliant to deal with and really provide a great service. The apartment is gorgeous, very well equipped and beautifully presented. It’s about 1.5 km walk into town, but you can hire electric scooters and bikes right at the doorstep. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great accommocation. The apartment itself is well maintained and very clean. There were a few items missing from the kitchen that would have been useful (cork screw, kitchen scissors, roasting tray) but didn't detract from the experience. The complex itself is very well maintained. The pool is a good size so the kids can play and you can do a few laps. The fact its heater was the main reason we choose this accommodation and it was great being able to use the pool in the winter even when it was raining. The location is good athough at the top of a hill. Its only about 500m down to Hasting Street but it is a steep hill. The walk was not a problem for us - our 4year old could do it on his own - but if you don't like walking you might not like it and/or I don't think i'd want to push a buggy up the hill a couple of times a day. Its also about 500m walk from the super market. There is also the option of the pub/bistro next door which serves reasonable and well priced food and saves the walk down to the town center. I'd definitely be looking to go back in the future.

The Rise was absolutely perfect for a trip with friends! The pool in the complex was great and the apartment had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again

Amazing location and a great stay

Great apartment in a good location. Easy walk to the beach and Hastings street as well as to shops and restaurants on Noosa Drive. What I loved about the apartment was how well appointed the kitchen was and the fact that little things like coffee pods, dishwashing tablets, washing powder, dishcloths' etc were provided.

Nice view and looked like photos. Communication was good as we had some wifi issues but was resolved. Mostly clean but there were some roaches and bugs on the mini balcony for the master but wasn’t a big deal, we just didn’t open the mini balcony. The AC would change to fan after a certain time so it was hot at night but other than that everything was lovely! Would recommend!

Great place to stay. Staff are super friendly and nothing is ever an issue. Apartment is fantastic, very clean and well appointed. Location is excellent - close enough to be convenient and within a 10 minute walk but far enough that you aren’t hassled by traffic or noise.

Note: We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Noosa over many years, so we have a lot to compare this property to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a range of reasons. Top of the list was saving money this time but still being super close to Hastings St as we were bound to school holidays this time. We loved that this townhouse offers a spacious and modern layout, privacy and tranquility (as it’s off the beaten track) but it still has incredible views (out to Noosa River, ocean, beautifully maintained tropical gardens in the resort and surrounds), and only a short walk to Hastings St or Noosa Junction (8-10 mins). It is on a hill but the exercise helps offset the holiday eating and if it ever bothered us we’d drop beach gear, kids and one adult down and the other would drop the car back and walk down separately - or we’d drive down early and get one of the free car parks early, easier when staying up there). This offers it all, including fab hosts, we will be back!
