Townhome holiday rentals in Gyeonggi Province

Location was really near exit 6 and was really convenient to get around. The apartment was also a really clean too. Host was friendly and responsive as well!

너무 좋은 하룻밤이였어요. 힐링하고 갑니다. 밥큐는 꼭 먹어야돼요. 고기 구울때 베란다 창문은 꼭 닫아주세요 ㅋ

2번째 방문입니다. 정말 친절하시고, 도자기 체험에, 바베큐까지 만족스러웠습니다. 가성비 또한 뛰어나고 숙소가 항시 갈 때마다 깔끔해서 좋아요. 정감있는 도자기들이 분위기또한 좋구요 만족스러운 인생숙소입니다!!

Convenient for transportation, there are also many restaurants downstairs, with clean and comfortable rooms. Even sharing a bathroom is very convenient, making for a very pleasant stay.

모든게 만족스러웠어요. 아이들과 함께 좋은 시간 보내고 왔습니다. (다만 복도에서 숯 토치로 하면서 나오는 이상한 가스 냄새가 방으로 다 들어와서 밤마다 그게 좀 머리가 아팠어요.) 그거 빼면 수영장도 좋고 깨끗해서 좋았어요.

I really liked staying at this place! The area has a lot of good restaurants, cafes and beautiful surroundings. The area next to the house is very peaceful and quiet, sometimes you can even hear birds singing which was very nice! The place itself is ideal for long-term stay, it had everything I needed: washing machine, induction, electric pot, hair dryer and even rice cooker! Also in the hall there is a water purifier and a microwave which was very convenient. The place also had a lot of storage space. The host was very helpful and if any problem occurred he answered within seconds. The host was also very cooperative when it came to providing documents for receiving ARC card, which I am very grateful for (that’s why I can recommend this place for students, especially if you come for language course training. You will be able to receive all the needed documents). In conclusion I had a very pleasant long term stay (a little bit more than 3 months) and would definitely recommend!

This place is wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and we absolutely loved the jacuzzi. The location is great too. Very close to a lot of restaurants and activities. And the host is very sweet and kind. I highly recommend this one!

쉼이 필요해서 찾은 곳인데 아무것도 하지 않아도 괜찮았던 힐링의 시간이었습니다..🌿 호스트님의 따뜻함이 생각나서 또 찾고싶은 저만의 공간이 생긴 느낌입니다 이렇게 좋은 공간을 공유해주셔서 정말 감사합니다

계단이 쪼꼼 많구 거실 밑 복도에 씨씨티비가 있어 옷을 잘 입고 다녀야하지만 감안해도 최고였어요! 숙소전체가 깨끗하고 예쁘고 방도 화장실도 많고 각방에 에어컨, 침대,무선 충전기도 있고 욕실에 화장솜 디테일까지! 여러모로 좋았어요! 다음에 지인들과 영종도 올때 꼭 또 올게요!

워크샵으로 회의 하기 너무 좋은 환경입니다. 긴 책상과 TV, 너무 집중하기 좋았습니다. 응답이 항상 빨랐고, 불편사항이 전혀 없었습니다. 분리수거도 가까운곳에 편리하게 할 수 있었으며 집이 너무 청결했습니다. 침구와 침대 모두 만족스럽고 잠도 편안하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다.

완벽한 숙소였습니다. 사진과 모든것이 일치했으며 호스트분도 너무 친철했습니다. 좋은 시간 보내고 갑니다!

The property is situated on top of a hill so the surrounding was quaint and peaceful. The house itself is spacious, hosting an endless amount of amenities, large bathrooms, and the heated floors were a surprise bonus for the chillier mornings and evenings. My family and I had a great time and we’d rebook again for any trips to Anseong.

Nice and cozy place. It is a real flat with separate living, cooking and sleeping spaces. Super quiet. Perfect for longer stays.

근처 초리골 수영장에서 아이들과 놀다가 체크인 시간에 맞춰 입실했는데 사진이랑 너무 똑같고 심지어 기대한 것 이상으로 깨끗, 깔끔했습니다. 여러 후기들 보고 고른 숙소인데 왜 없는 것이 없다는 건지 알 수 있었어요^^ 바베큐도 원하는 시간에 맞춰 푸짐하게 숯 넣어주셔서 오래도록 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다~ 바베큐장 접근도가 좋아서 필요한 음식, 집기들 왔다갔다 하면서 편하게 이용했어요. 무엇보다 아파트 사는 아이들이 마음껏 뛰어놀 수 있고, 어른들도 초록초록 주변환경들로 힐링되는 시간이었습니다. 같이 간 지인들도 무조건 한 번 더 올 거라고 했어요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 재방문 의사 100프로입니다👍👍

외국인손님들과함께하는 자리 였는데..다들 숙소가 너무 맘에 든다고 엄지척 했습니다..곳곳에 호스트님의 세심한배려가 돋보이는 숙소 였습니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 찾아 오겠습니다.잘 쉬다 갑니다.

호스트님이 친절하시고, 잘 챙겨주심.(체크인도 원활하게 해주고..) 회사 워크샵으로 이용했는데, 넓은 공간이라서 원활하고 편하게 사용함. 스마트TV에 노트북연결하고., 식탁 의자, 거실쇼파등에서 미팅이 좋았음. 침실 침대도 좋고, 쉬는 시간 게임도 하고.. 같이 간 사람들에게 칭찬 받음요.

10명이서 방문했어요 매번 친구들끼리 풋살장 있는 펜션을 찾아 가평 홍천 등 가다가 우연히 알게되어 와봤는데 10명이 잘 수 있게 퀸사이즈 매트릭스 3개 퀸 침대 하나 그리고 또 여분 퀸사이즈 토퍼같은게 있고 쇼파도 있어서 10명이 잘 잤습니다 쇼파까지 하면 11명까지도 자겠네요 ! 사장님도 친절하셔서 bbq도 잘 해먹었구요 2층 넓고 좋네요 !! 다음에 또 올게요~!

Rosy's place was a great place to stay! If we ever visit Korea again, we will definitely want to stay there again! It was easy to get around from her place. It was walking distance to the subway, night market, and Nansam tower. A convenience store was located right downstairs. One of my sons got a haircut from one of the salons that was right next door. They did a great job and it was super affordable! The hole in the wall restaurants on the streets tasted like home cooking and there was also a local gym right up the street that my sons enjoyed working out at. It really was the perfect place for my family of 5 to stay at. Rosy was so accommodating and took very good care of us. We had a problem with the outlets because we had US plugs that caused a short circuit. Rosy found someone to fix that right away. I would highly recommend staying at Rosy's place for the convenience and also because she was a great host. She was so kind and sweet. Thank you Rosy!!

Is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful view of the river. Had an amazing park for the kids a short walk away.

필요한 물품 전부 구비되어있고 세심하게 챙겨놔주신 게 딱 보여서 좋았어요 청결하고 포근했어요 냉방도 최고입니당.. 급하게 잡은 숙소인데 원래도 사진이 예뻐보여서 기대했지만 실제로는 훨씬 기대 이상이었습니다 즐거운 추억 만들어주셔서 감사해요 또 놀러오겠습니다 :)

Stylish and spacious apartment with an amazing rooftop! The apartment is large, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We especially loved the rooftop — on sunny days, we had breakfast there and even joined work calls with a view! The neighborhood is full of great cafes, restaurants, and an incredible park just a short walk away. Highly recommended!
