Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gwangjin District

It was the first Airbnb accommodation I chose after much deliberation to stay in a house for a day trip with acquaintances.It was as clean as the photos, and it was nice to relieve my jet lag in the cozy and comfortable bedding. I would like to express my gratitude to the host for giving me a night of memories and late-night chats in a neighborhood with romance and memories from my 20s.The housewives' escape trip, which lightened their steps towards the next destination until the moment they left the room with a guide message and an immediate response, was a success. I hope your business will continue to prosper in the future.♡

The interiors were absolutely adorable, not only did the host have such nice aesthetics but was also so friendly and responsive~ the washing machine wasn't working so in return, they provided extra pillows and blankets at no extra charge and gave us extra amenities. The hospitality was top tier and the location as well was quite convenient - a convenience store right downstairs, lots of restaurants in the area, within walking distance to the station, and easy access to a lot of central locations. If I had known I could get all this for such a cheap price, I would've extended my stay much longer - definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Seoul~

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The place is tidy and had all the amenities needed for a week. It's located in a neighbourhood that's filled with locals, we didn't see many tourists which was great to experience local life and it's only 10 mins walk away to one of the big shopping areas of Seongsu. Lots of cute cafes around and close to the river walk. The host was very helpful with quick responses. Thanks!

I was worried about a place to rest after talking all night with a friend who came from abroad for the first time in a long time, but it was an excellent choice.It was a 5-minute walk from the station, and it was very easy to find. It was cozy and nice in a quiet residential area as described. In particular, the bed was so comfortable that I slept well. The towels and the cleanliness of the bedding were also great. I was glad that my friend liked it too~~ Next time, I'll visit with my family~

Reo was great and responded quickly to all our queries. She even came to pick us up near Exit 6 of the subway. She also provided us tea bags and cookies. Her place is neat and clean with everything perfectly arranged. The area is very lively filled with many restaurants around. It is very near the Konkuk university subway line 2. Even access to airport bus 6013 was very close by. Would definitely recommend her place. Enjoyed our stay at her place. 🙏

It was close to the station, and I checked in at night, and the location was a little scary because it was an alleyway, but the door was inside the parking lot, so it wasn't particularly dangerous. Since it's on the first floor, I don't think the soundproofing is really good, but it's past a restaurant and a bar, so the living noise? I don't think I've heard the noise of people during my stay. It doesn't seem to get sunlight either, but the host installed a wide variety of lights, so it was cozy and nice! There was a Netflix YouTube account, and it was nice that there was a set-top box installed, and the bathroom was narrow, but it was still well maintained. The location is close to the station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was a great place to stay for the price!

i loved this stay!! the place was great, well decorated, and clean. i could tell the building was aged but the hosts did such a good job at making the place feel and look beautiful. there were multiple methods of transportation nearby and multiple places to get food or any necessities. the host was amazing at communicating and making things convenient for me too which i really appreciate. i would recommend this place for sure!

Really clean and good location. I slept soundly as soon as I lay down because the bedding was good ~ The blanket was also fluffy and clean, so I felt very good.I would definitely use it again next time. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

I really enjoyed my time here, the flat was bigger than what I imagined it to be which was a pleasant surprise but it wasn’t too big either - the perfect size for one. The location is great and near the station and near a bus stop for the airport bus limousine service The hosts were very helpful and responsive, clear instructions provided with images everywhere Overall a very nice and pleasant stay, thank you again

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

The location is great - very convenient to so many things (supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants, Coex center, baseball stadium, bike/walking path, etc.) just by walking! And the Bongeungsa station is very close so you can reach everything else. The space is clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home! Sungmo met me and showed me the place - he was kind and friendly. Next time I'm in Seoul, I'm calling Sungmo first! This space is 99.9% perfect! (And it could get to 100 if it had one or two larger (like "bath sized") towels but that is a tiny complaint for a fantastic experience!

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

I stayed with a friend for more than a week and we felt good at the accommodation.. William was friendly and communicative. The location is very good, in an area where the locals live ..and from the central area we took the bus about aprox 30 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation 🤗

Everything about this trip was fantastic, including this home. The view was stunning and the train station was right out front which made getting around super easy. My friends and I could not have been happier with how helpful and friendly our hosts were as well anytime we needed to reach out. We loved it here! Thank you for lending your home to us!
