Historical oda “Jikheti”

This unique place has a style all its own. This ethnographic house is over 300 years filled with modern furniture. It has 5 fireplaces, 2 bedrooms (with one of them having a double-bed), 2 sofa double beds, and all the necessary furnitures. You will also have access to a projector which will display the screen on its special curtain. Also we have an exotic garden. Here you can visit the Jikheti monastery and it only takes 30 minutes to get to the airport or the sea.

We stayed at Rusa’s house and had a wonderful experience! Rusa is a great host very responsive and quick to help with any questions or requests. Thank you for that! The house is very comfortable, with a well-thought-out layout each room has its own private bathroom, which is perfect for families or a group of friends. The magnetic beach is just a 4-minute walk away, and there’s a cozy cafe, a small grocery store, and a pharmacy nearby everything you might need. Thank you, Rusha, for your warm welcome and hospitality. We highly recommend this place!

Прекрасный дом. Всё идеально чисто и аккуратно. Очень отзывчивая, спокойная и лёгкая хозяйка, помогала во всём и подготовила для нас очень много дров, как мы и просили. Поэтому у большого, тёплого камина мы сидели каждый вечер по несколько часов в классных удобных креслах и лежали на ковре. Вообще всё очень продуманно в доме, везде столики, стульчики, в любом месте можно с комфортом устроиться. Вокруг свежий воздух и тишина. Море в двух шагах через красивый пролесок - настоящий кайф. Уезжать не хотелось настолько, что серьёзно подумывали о том, чтобы спалить паспорта))

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

Все было превосходно! Это место для спокойного отдыха. Просторный, красивый дом. Красивый вид из спальни на сосновый лес. Большая зеленая территория. В доме было прохладно, хотя на улице было 30 градусов. Есть парковка у дома. Хозяин отзывчивый, всегда очень быстро реагирует на сообщения. Песчаный пляж в минуте ходьбы. Все сделано для комфортного отдыха для всей семью! Советую этот дом! Теперь это одно из любимых мест в Грузии

Very cozy and beautiful house. We loved the nature around: river, mountains, forest - this is exactly what we were searching for to have one of the best vacation in our life. Giorgi is a very friendly person, our communication was easy and nice. We love the hospitality that Giorgi and Maya showed us. We want definitely travel again to this beautiful place! It's a very cool and aesthetic guesthouse. We were unlucky with the weather (only cold water, AC located upstairs), but could be perfect for a longer stay in summer. We couldn't lock the doors, but the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, appreciated the parking space. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There's also a small shop nearby for groceries.
