It’s the comfortable and cozy apartment. It suits for a private rest with family. It was clear, there is heating. I enjoyed it)

This is a fantastic place to stay. Amazing views, everything is made of wood, very cozy atmosphere. Giorgi is a great host, he was very nice and welcomed us with homemade wine, it was amazing. There is a restaurant downstairs where we tried the best fish in Georgia, it was incredible. Also Giorgi organised us a ride to watch the sunset in the mountains, we were shocked of the views, everything was like in a fairytale. We really loved the place, hope to return here some day.

Clean and calm beige decor, bright and sunny rooms, and a pleasant breeze with windows and doors. There is also a place to hang laundry, and the refrigerator is large and difficult to settle in. There is no supermarket in the neighborhood, so you can buy small snacks such as bread and fresh fruits on the way home. There is a lovely terrace restaurant with pleasant sound of water.It's a good change of scenery. There is a train station nearby, Kobletti, but the distance by taxi. Tickets to Tbilisi are sold from Batumi, but you can buy them in Kobletti. The distance is also a little shorter and I recommend Elza.It's a hidden gem. Hair dryer available for lending. You will meet a large cow during your walk, but you don't have to worry about it because it is very quiet.Recommended for animal lovers because it is cute. There are two central heating, which automatically adjusts the temperature.Comfortable on a cold day. The water and temperature in the shower are good, the sofa is tight, and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. The night is quiet.Can hear dogs howling in the distance.The air is also beautiful. A place with a good vibe that you can't find.I stayed for two nights and was very comfortable, so I'm thinking about staying for a long time. It is a separate building, but the atmosphere of the large family has been conveyed, and it is easy to ask questions. I was happy to have warm hospitality, such as handmade peach compotes, bread, banana cakes, etc. Of course, for a long time, I recommend buying a ticket to Tbilisi at Kobletti and then going to a neighbor's restaurant to stay. The restaurant is big and surprising!

Edisher and his wife made our stay as comfortable as possible. They were very helpful and accommodating. They live in the same compound so if we had any needs or concerns, we just went downstairs and asked.

Merab is a great host, friendly, helpful, and responsive. It is a nice and cozy house that is completely consistent with the photos and description. There is a BBQ zone and a nice green area around the house. The location is good enough; the beach is in a 5-minute walk. And the beach was pretty clean and uncrowded. If you are a light sleeper, keep in mind a railway track and a road nearby. It can be noisy sometimes. But you can always sleep with the windows closed and the air conditioning on.

The accommodation matches the description and photos. It is located near the highway, which can create some inconvenience for those who love absolute silence. Natalie immediately warned about it in a conversation. It was not a problem for us. The house has its own territory, parking, barbecue area with all amenities. The hosts live in the next house and were ready to help every day. Lovely family.

Location was really very good. Only 200 m to the beach. The house is very nicely decorated. What might be missing was a slightly larger stove. But no problem for us. Refrigerator, kettle and air conditioning were fine. Also in the bathroom everything works. We were there as a family and had a great time. Giorgi was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended!
