Прекрасный дом. Всё идеально чисто и аккуратно. Очень отзывчивая, спокойная и лёгкая хозяйка, помогала во всём и подготовила для нас очень много дров, как мы и просили. Поэтому у большого, тёплого камина мы сидели каждый вечер по несколько часов в классных удобных креслах и лежали на ковре. Вообще всё очень продуманно в доме, везде столики, стульчики, в любом месте можно с комфортом устроиться. Вокруг свежий воздух и тишина. Море в двух шагах через красивый пролесок - настоящий кайф. Уезжать не хотелось настолько, что серьёзно подумывали о том, чтобы спалить паспорта))

Все было превосходно! Это место для спокойного отдыха. Просторный, красивый дом. Красивый вид из спальни на сосновый лес. Большая зеленая территория. В доме было прохладно, хотя на улице было 30 градусов. Есть парковка у дома. Хозяин отзывчивый, всегда очень быстро реагирует на сообщения. Песчаный пляж в минуте ходьбы. Все сделано для комфортного отдыха для всей семью! Советую этот дом! Теперь это одно из любимых мест в Грузии

It's one of the airbnbs which I definitely marked as my personal "top listings". The place you fall in love with just at the very moment you arrive and see the garden full of bright colorful flowers, trees and decorations. The place where the view is absolutely stunning: green mountains around, the ruins of Askana fortress in the distance, great sunsets. The house combines its authenticity with modern facilities, it's an old Georgian family house renovated with much love and care. There are all kinds of things you might need: a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, a stove, a big fridge and even a dishwasher. The bathroom is modern (a huge waterheater provided). The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. There are 2 terraces where you can sit and observe all the beauty around. Mobile Internet is perfect for remote work. Special thanks to Rezo and his family for such a warm welcome and I definitely recommend their house!

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

Нам очень понравилось у Гиорги и его семьи. Дом полностью соответствует описанию, идеально укомплектован, все очень практично внутри, прекрасно подойдёт и для семьи с детьми, и для двух пар друзей. Очень тихий уютный собственный двор, есть стол на улице, гамаки, песочница для детей. Мы с удовольствием вернёмся сюда!

Отличный дом, в котором с комфортом размещались две семьи (5 взрослых и 3 детей). Прекрасное расположение среди сосен, в непосредственной близости к морю (пляж за территорией - 30-40 метров от дома), потрясающий вид из окна на море, гамаки, лежаки, чистый песчаный пляж с плавным заходом и без избыточного количества людей. Тихое место (рядом нет кафе и ресторанов). На большой террасе можно прекрасно проводить время с друзьями. Для детей есть небольшие развлечения: качели и маленькая горка. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда и техника (плита, духовка, микроволновка, посудомоечная машина и др.). На территории имеется парковка для машин и мангал. Валерия всегда была на связи и очень быстро отвечала и помогала с разными вопросами и просьбами. Большое спасибо за прекрасный летний отдых!

Очень понравилось. Море рядом в 5 минутах. Так же рядом и остановки и рестораны и магазины. Классный зал с роялем, где можно собираться. Так же в каждой комнате по ванной.

Great flat! One of the best I’ve seen in Georgia after living there for 2 years. The location is near everything in the town. The beach is 5 minutes walk. The owner is very helpful and friendly

I loved this apartment. It is very spacious, nice natural light during the morning, good kitchen, great balcony and comfortable bed. Everything was good and I felt very comfortable. I I didn't want to leave the apartment at all. I know it is hard to find good airbnbs like this one that ✅️ all the things that I like and look for in an apartment. The hosts were very friendly. Would come back again if needed! And I would recommend it to a friend ;)

Very nice apartment and the location: everything necessary is close, especially when it comes to the beach. The flat has all amenities, everything was working fine. The host is very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this listing if you want to stay in Kobuleti.

Отличная квартира, просторная и удобная. С хорошим расположением, все есть в шаговой доступности.

До моря 7 минут пешком. Квартира просторная, два балкона. Хороший вид с балкона на горы. Здание старенькое, немного страшновато на балконе находится. Хазяин отзывчивый, оперативно реагировал на любые бытовые проблемы.

Хозяева очень отзывчивые. До моря 5 минут и хорошо, что дом не стоит на первой линии, нет шума от ресторанов. Нам специально поставили детскую кроватку. Все соответствует фотографиям и описанию.

We stayed at modern apartments on the coast of the Black Sea, just a 200-meter walk to the water. The apartments were great, offering good views of the lush green surroundings and the sea from our windows. They were very comfortable and furnished in a minimalistic style. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the nearest grocery shop was just 300 meters away and open 24 hours. The only minor disappointment for us as mature swimmers was that the lifeguards preferred everyone to stay in waist-deep water, limiting our swimming. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Elene ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Der Strand ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Wir waren da mit dem Baby zusammen und es war sehr gut.

Well situated place next to farmers market. Good heating, in winter season that was very important. Clean and well decorated, nicely equipped kitchen. Super nice bed with good down comforter, soft fitting sheets. I loved everything and will be happy to come back.
