Прекрасная абсолютно новая квартира! Хороший ремонт. Удобная кровать, прекрасный вид из окна и с общей террасы.

Спасибо большое за это чудесное жильё! Отдыхали вместе с родителями, нам очень понравилось) Возле дома много хороших магазинов и лавки с овощами и фруктами. Буквально в 200 метрах центральный рынок Кобулети. Близко до моря. Квартира очень красивая и удобная. Вид из окна на горы. Много посуды, хозяйка для каждого положила по три полотенца, тапочки, шампунь и мыло. Бутылка вина тоже очень порадовала! Спасибо) Рекомендую это жильё, вернёмся сюда ещё раз!

Thanks for 2 chill months. The host was nice, so we’re the neighbors. There are the most adorable dogs of entire Georgia in Ozurgeti. The apartment was just as described, quite spacious and clean. Couple times there was no running water in the night, but it didn’t really bother us.

David and his mom are great examples of Georgian hospitality. The accommodation is modest, but Donna solves any problem you have...

These place (shekvetili; kaprovani) are the best place on the Black Sea shore. And Lukas apartment is in the best location in kaprovani. Luka is very nice guy, who try, to make your vacation best. Thank to him! I will come back in the next time!

Квартира соответствует фотографиям. Очень чистая, аккуратная, уютна, комфортная. Близко к морю. Кондиционер, wifi работают отлично. Никаких проблем не было, все понравилось

Convenient location and responsive host

Wir hatten das appartement ganz oben mit Terrasse. Das Haus steht direkt am Meer. Ana und Maria waren hilfsbereit Gastgeber. Wir haben unsere vier Tage zum Baden und einen Ausflug zum botanischen Garten Nähe Batumi sehr genossen.

We've arrived earlier than was agreed but there wasn't any issues with that, we've checked in right at the arrival. There is a parking space right there which great. The apartmetns itself is a part of the guest house with separate entrance and a little yard which kinda shared with other guests. Unfortunately there is no A/C as stationed in the description so from time to time it was a bit stuffy inside and very high humidity, especilly in the bathroom (dry your towels outside). Inside everything was ok, clean and all facilities working well. The location is great despite the closenest to the main road of the city (it is quite loud in the night when rare cars passing by), just a minute from the sea shore. There are supermarkets, drugstores, alco-store and even whole market-square nearby as well as lots of cafes and restaurants right at the beach. The communication was good, our questions was addressed immediately. Overall we had a good expirience staying at Sophio's apartments

Хочу поблагодарить Анну, Тенгиза, Иру, Гию за отзывчивость, радушие и гостеприимство! Мы провели замечательные 10 дней в доме, где есть все необходимое для проживания. Дом расположен в чудесном и очень живописном и тихом месте: вдали от трассы, шумных кафе и ресторанов, на берегу чистейшей горной речки. Вид с балкона (который окружает квартиру со всех сторон) дополнительный бонус! До моря минут 10 пешком, для кого-то это может быть не очень удобно. Но для нас это не проблема, так как мы не любим сидеть на одном месте и предпочитаем ездить в разные места и исследовать побережье. С удовольствием вернемся еще раз!
