Holiday rentals with a kayak in Guntersville Lake

Amazing stay! The power went out due to storms in the area, but that didn’t stop us from busting out candles and having a game night. Super cozy and beautiful home even in bad weather! 10/10 Will stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay at Farm Fancy. The house was beautiful, spotless, and seriously had every little detail you could think of. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into making it feel special. One of our favorite parts was being surrounded by the cow pasture and picturesque setting. It made the whole place feel peaceful and just really unique. The decor was gorgeous, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. We didn’t want to leave and would 100% stay here again!

The view was absolutely gorgeous, and the home had the cutest decor. There's a very home-y feel! What stood out most were the bonuss for little ones. There was already a highchair provided, and the reading nook was a hit! There were even some toys too. Super clean too. The neighborhood was super quiet as well.

Perfect place to stay for a concert at the caverns! Peaceful and beautiful!

We had a great stay with room to spread out and great views. The home was furnished with everything we needed plus some- we even had a chance to sit around the fire pit for a while one night. Highly recommend!

The groomsmen and I stayed here for my wedding weekend. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. We played board games and hung out inside the house and on the pier. We will definitely be back for a guy’s weekend. The house was ready early, so the host let us check in early. We didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and bowls. Beds were comfortable, lake views were amazing. While you’re here check out decks and docks, 360 grill, and Jake’s on the lake. Gadsden isn’t very far away and has a lot of food options and fun things to do.

Spectacular views! The house has everything you'll need either for a romantic getaway or a family gathering. Quick response from the owners regarding booking and normal house maintance issues. The charming home decor gives the house a relaxing vibe and the kitchen has everything you'll need to cook for a big family BBQ or a romantic dinner for two. We had a great experience, would definitely recommend!

Stellar lake house with incredible views, fantastic design features, and perfect vacation amenities! Sheila was an amazing host with wonderful communication throughout our stay. The home was a perfect escape for coffee-filled morning porch-sitting and cozy evenings inside watching fireflies. Our weekend plans were derailed by weather. We were blessed to have Sheila’s lovely home as a place for new flexible planning around the area. Winchester, Lynchburg, and Fayetteville had charming town squares and a few attractions to explore. Extraordinary home that is a one of a kind place for all sorts of fun! Thank you, Sheila!

Jessica's place was amazing. From the moment we first arrived until we checked out, we felt right at home. Serenity Pointe was very cozy and quaint and just the right size for our family of 4. It was located right on the water with a covered dock which was perfect for our family to stay outside on the hot summer days fishing. The house was very clean, we didn't see not one speck of dirt and it had everything you could possibly need to cook your favorite meal at dinner time. This was our first time staying here but definitely will not be our last.

This one, as well as the rest of Dave’s properties, is a 10/10! If you’re considering staying at this property, just do it! You won’t be disappointed! Destinie is so kind and helpful and always goes above and beyond for guests. The kids loved every minute of our visit. There’s so much to do, you don’t even have a need to use the car! From fishing, to kayaks, to chess, our 7 kiddos were constantly playing and moving! Spaces are immaculately clean and decorated. So much space for sleeping, games, eating, and lounging. The little details are everything! The phrase we said over and over this weekend was, “Wow! They really thought of everything!” We are already planning our trip to Cedar Bluff in the fall. Thanks Dave and Destinie for the hospitality and lifelong memories!

The cabin was perfect for our family Christmas getaway!! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare great meals. The location is secluded but still close enough to get to stores if you forget something and there is a lot of amazing hiking within a short drive of the cabin. Misti was an amazing host and super proactive in communications and everything was very clear. I would highly recommend! And they decorated for Christmas (even with a tree) so we felt right at home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had a few bouts of rain, and it was wonderful to sit on the covered porch and enjoy it. The canoe and kayaks were the perfect amenities for our family as we all love getting out on the water! Pam was quick to respond and easy to communicate with!! We would definitely go back!!

The Clementine Cottage was perfect. It was cute, quaint, CLEAN, well outfitted with lots of nice extras. She had brochures on all the nearby activities. We fished, we kayaked, we sat around the fire pit, we enjoyed the screened porch. My only complaint would be that I mistakenly thought the cabin would be a little more secluded but even with that being said, it was quiet, it was serene, we enjoyed our long weekend very much and are talking about another trip there. And Gloria is a great hostess. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was.

We loved our stay at Lindsey’s cabin! The home itself and lake are beautiful. My boyfriend actually proposed on the dock at the lake at sunset and it was perfect. Lindsey was very proactive and responsive. Thank you again!

I must say, this lakeside cottage was an absolute dream. It felt like stepping straight into the pages of Southern Living magazine! The view of the lake was simply breathtaking—and visible from nearly every room in the house. Nestled in a serene, semi-private cove, the cottage offered complete peace and quiet. Our mornings were spent relaxing on the dock, and our evenings gathered around the cozy fire pit. During the day, we took full advantage of the complimentary paddle boards—made even better by the fact that this part of the lake had very little boat traffic. Preparing meals in the beautifully equipped kitchen was a breeze. Everything we needed to whip up a “gourmet” meal was right at our fingertips. When we didn’t feel like cooking, downtown Gadsden was just a short 20-minute drive away, offering plenty of restaurants, charming coffee shops, and grocery stores. Pamela was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. We had a wonderful weekend

This cabin, is a slice of heaven wrapped in wood and wrapped again in vibes. It’s peaceful, transcendent even. Impeccable design; styled so well I started questioning every room of my own house. Every room looks like it was curated by a team of chipmunks trained at Parsons. But here’s the twist, the windows. Huge, panes of glass so clear, even mother nature was confused. The local birds? Not so much fans. They kept dive bombing the house like they were trying to stage a feathery coup. We lost count. Seriously, it was like living in a Disney princess movie… if the birds were drunk and had no spatial awareness. Still, it was the most serene, beautiful, refreshing stay we’ve ever had. We will be back. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean, and quiet cabin! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and peaceful. The cabin was spotless and well-stocked with everything I needed—from fresh linens and kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches like extra blankets. The location was serene and tucked away just enough to feel private, yet still convenient to nearby trails and local attractions. I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night—perfect for stargazing or curling up with a book. If you’re looking for a restful, comfortable retreat in nature, I highly recommend this cabin. This was a great spot for families! We had 5 adults and 5 kids and had a blast! We appreciated that the house was free of clutter and expensive decorations that could be broken by small children. The location was amazing for us, we wanted nature but also close to the center of Chattanooga. Plus the River Drifters restaurant nearby was so good. Paddle boarding was the kids favorite and nighttime campfires were so fun. Kitchen was very well stocked for an Airbnb. Great find!

We booked this lovely place for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint!! The cabin is beautiful, surroundings amazing and the sunset view from the deck breathtaking. We had 8 ladies and were very comfortable. We only left the property once to go hiking and that was only a few miles away. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace very cozy. The hot tub was warm and ready for us to climb in. Cathy was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back soon.

From extra fishing poles and tackle for a day on the water, to a fully equipped kitchen with a wide variety of cooking essentials, every detail felt carefully considered. The space was spotless, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. You can tell the hosts put a lot of heart into creating a comfortable and memorable experience. Whether you're relaxing indoors, cooking a meal, or heading out for some hiking, everything you could think of is right at your fingertips. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-appointed, relaxing getaway!
