Holiday rentals with a patio in Gümüldür Cumhuriyet

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! My stay at Angela's place in Samos was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stayed wonderfully cool even on the hottest days. I really appreciated the personal touches, like the delicious cookies she left for us. Angela's recommendations were spot on, making our trip even more enjoyable. Her communication was excellent, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved every moment of our stay and can't recommend it enough. Thank you, Angela, for making our time in Samos so special!

The place we stayed was wonderful. We experienced the warmth of home in the comfort of a hotel. All the fine details, such as toothbrushes, towels, slippers, and the works, were thought of. Especially the small terrace opening to the garden offers a tremendous atmosphere for those who want to spend a quiet and peaceful time. Frankly, it was a much larger and more spacious house than we expected. You may have to struggle with a tiring slope in carless transportation, but it is worth it. It's a place I'd choose again.

There is no problem except that it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Very good location and a host with good communication 😉

Avra's hosting was great. We had a great holiday with our 1.5-year-old son. If we come to Chios again, we will definitely stay here again. The house had everything you needed. Nearby restaurants were sufficient for dinners. We used the nearby grocery store for small needs. The house is in a quiet and wonderful location. It is very easy to reach the sea.

The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

We had a great stay at Çapan's place. right in the heart of Kuşadaşi. We were very happy during our stay were he made us feel like in home.

Great location. Charming house. It is in a pleasant neighborhood of the city. Right opposite St. John's Basilica. Everything there is walkable. Perfect for a family of 4. An old house with the quirks that come with that. You need to be able to navigate stairs, and Wi-Fi only works near the kitchen because of the very thick stone walls. Would recommend. Our driver did have trouble finding it. If you map to the Selena hotel, it is directly opposite.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Burçin for opening her home to me. He was always available, very helpful and polite. The house was immaculate, despite being in the middle of nature. There was even unused fiber. All necessary equipment is available in the kitchen. There were even spices that I didn't have at home :) There were basic beverages such as coffee and tea. I was most impressed by the fact that it was genuine olive oil, and I liked the value it gave to its guests. The house has a magnificent atmosphere. This place is close to the city, but also far away in terms of silence. It is quite reliable and protected. I spent 2 days forgetting the concept of time. I had a quality sleep days later with fresh air. It was wonderful to wake up to the sounds of birds. The coffee I drank by the pool when I woke up, the breakfast I had in the garden, was a therapy for me, especially when I was on the verge of depression. I would like to say that this house is the right address for people who want to rest their heads and get away from the daily hustle and bustle.

The host was really concerned about our needs and did everything we asked for. The location of the house is really good, it is located on İnönü Street and you can go to Ilıca beach in 20 minutes by minibus, which is within walking distance to the bazaar. The condition of the house is really good, there is a very nice living room and kitchen on the ground floor and there are rooms upstairs, the pool in the garden is pleasant and it was very enjoyable to have breakfast at the table in front of the house, thank you for offering us this opportunity.

We spent a good two weeks in Danjel's beautiful apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet street from which you can walk to the beach and also to the center of Pythagoreio in a few minutes. Parking was no problem in the nearby public parking lot. The apartment is very spacious, so you can easily spend a longer time there with two couples or a family with 2-3 children. Everything was super clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. The two terraces are also great. Danjel is a very friendly host who was easily accessible and responded quickly to inquiries. We highly recommend the apartment for a stay on Samos and would be happy to come back!

Perfect vacation. Accommodation in a great location with sea view and practically 20 meters from the small beach of Ireo. The accommodation is cozy and well-stocked, easy to reach in the heart of Ireo. Clean and with everything you need. Beautiful balcony with sea view. It is also convenient to park the car. Ireo is a small, quiet town with several taverns and 2 small supermarkets where you can buy what you need every day, and other various shops. The nearby beaches are beautiful and easy to reach, but you need a car. We had a great time and overall we liked Samos very much. Manolis was very kind and very helpful. I recommend staying with him.

This was a bright, roomy apartment with multiple windows for fresh air and viewing. It is in a location that catches sea breezes, reducing need for AC. We particularly liked that it was an easy walk into the center of Fourni.

Very close to the port and Antonio is a great host picked us up from the port to the house. Best sunset from the balcony but unluckily ıt was windy. Silent and peaceful location. Antonio is so kind and helpful, thanks for everything

Nice stay with family in the house in Psili Amos. It was nice and quiet near a sandy beach. Katerina helped us very well and always right away! Friendly people in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed!

Great accommodation and in a spotless location. Christ is one of the best villages to live in Ikaria. Very quiet and private. Mrs. Fotini is one of the most hospitable hosts I've ever met. We'd prefer it again with my eyes closed.

Everything was impeccable and in a state of cleanliness and location! The welcome was very good from Mrs. Aggeliki who with her warm welcome, gave us some instructions for the places that are worth visiting. I highly recommend it!!
