Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Gümüldür Cumhuriyet

Lovely character filled apartment in old town, sun drenched courtyard, very quiet despite being close to beautiful narrow streets filled with charming cafes, shops etc.

We chose this house to spend the weekend. Cozy and sweet apartment in the village. We loved the design. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. We lost electricity due to the storm, but one of the hosts Ms. Zeynep hosted us in the large apartment upstairs with her friendly face and hospitality. Ms. Zeynep and Mr. Nurullah helped us a lot with everything. We will prefer the apartment upstairs with a wonderful view on our next trip:) Thank you for everything.

Nana is a really friendly and helpful host. She welcomed us with cake and tea:) We felt at home. The rooms are also very clean. The next morning, she offered pancakes and omelettes, she is very thoughtful and thoughtful. We stayed for 1 night, but if I come back, I will definitely stay here:) I recommend it to everyone:)

We stayed 3 nights during the holiday, I felt like I was in my own house, everything was thought of, the garden is very clean, the house is very clean, it is very close to Urla places, I felt like I came to my own summer house, transportation is very simple, it is right next to the highway connection, in short, if you want everything to be very nice, choose it

We were sufficiently satisfied with our stay with 2 3-year-old children as 2 families. Everything has been thought out in detail. Especially the kitchen supplies. Only in the houses/rooms where we see this as missing from hotels and in every accommodation is not included in the houses/rooms. Yes, mosquito nets have been built everywhere in the house, but it is not possible to be able to watch it with children ☺️ at the age of 3, and if the lounge sets are changed, a warmer environment can be created in color, not missing, suggestion. A patio should be built on the part facing the pool side because it gets quite sunny during the day. And a table can be placed in the garden for food. This is what we see missing. Other than that, it was a well thought out house. We left satisfied. Definitely preferable again.

Fall right in the middle of the room and Alaçata, close to both sides, close to the grocery store, close to the bakery, Melek, there were things like liquid, oil, and dishwashing detergent, which we didn't need to think about small things. It was a nice experience in the room.

Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. There was a helpful attitude, starting with the booking. An upstairs apartment was recommended and we booked it as we would prefer a better view. The apartment was clean, tidy, towels, sheets, etc. Hair dryer and iron were provided upon our request. It has a beautiful view, garden-nature-sea composition. We woke up in the morning with the birds chirping. There is also a nice sunrise view from the room. It has a very spacious and well-maintained garden. It was helpful to find the location, google maps was prevented from directing it in a bad way. ~ There is a dirt road that goes for 50 meters, we said it would be nice to have a Valinor sign at the entrance of this road, they stated that they thought. We went in an electric vehicle and were allowed to charge. It also has parking for a few cars. There is no elevator in the building, but since there are two different entrances, I think there is a maximum of 1 floor to carry luggage. We didn't miss it, but there's no wifi for those who need it. We were satisfied in every way. Thank you to Mr. Berkant.

I am a guest for the second time this month in a place that I enjoy so much. I feel at home here now. A very friendly and peaceful house, Mr. Şükrü is incredibly helpful and thoughtful as always. He prepared everything before we arrived. Transportation is very comfortable, the air is clean, the sunset on the terrace is unique. We can walk to the sea in 3 minutes in the most beautiful region of Urla. I am very lucky to have discovered this place. Thank you very much for everything, Mr. Şükrü. I hope we did not disturb you. The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is very authentically decorated. We had 2 days of pleasure. The host was very helpful, thank him. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go with their own vehicle can rest assured, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

Great place with a wonderful view, very quiet and the apartment is intimate and chic. It was very easy to reach any places we were interested to visit and the beach is at 10 minutes away. We will come again. Great host

Mrs. Ayşe and Mr. Yılmaz were serious about hosting, but they were also warm and friendly. I stayed with my mother, siblings and cousin. We felt like we were at home. Everything that was necessary in a house was more than available. The pool, garden, and balcony were very enjoyable. They gave us all a gift when we were leaving.
