My stay in Rizwan’s place was perfect, it was a lovely home away from home for my months in Dhaka. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. His family were also so kind, checking in on me when I was unwell and making sure everything was ok. I would absolutely recommend for other travellers looking for a cosy short term home in Dhaka!

Would recommend this apartment to stay. In a place like Dhaka it is not always easy to find a space which is fresh and clean. Good central position for our requirements. More or less mosquito free & mosquito net provided. Had all we needed bedding, clean sheets and well stocked for cooking. Hasib went out of his way to be helpful & provide extras we needed like ironing board and washing machine. We would recommend this place to anyone

I had a fantastic stay at Tashmin bhai’s place. Both he and his family were very accommodating, friendly, and respectful. The daily free breakfasts were really great to wake up to. I would recommend this listing to everyone visiting Dhaka for short or long stays.

**Great Budget in a Prime Location!** We had a good experience staying here. The place is budget-friendly and in a great location. The only minor issue was that the main entrance was a bit confusing to find at first, but once we figured it out, it was smooth sailing. Overall, a solid choice for the price, and we’d consider staying again!

When i saw this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Mr. Sayem and his associate Mr. Tarek is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Our main concern was the hospital (evercare) which was near to this location. So basically the area is quiet but still close to everything you need But They went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable.

The place was above my expectation. Very specious than photos. Large living dining and rooms. Very proactive host. Pro active phone calls to know if we need anything was mind blowing and felt welcomed every day of our stay. I will return again.

It is a great place to stay. Both manager and supervisor Mr Motior and Mr Kausar were very cooperative and helpful. It is always feels like home. Best things my mother like this place very much.

As a person Mr. Mannan is kind and well communicated with the guest. The room is fine but needs to improve cleaning facilities.
