The residential unit is in fact located in the residential area of the village, a private area and cannot be reached except by the residents who have the remote control for the bar that is at the entrance of the street; the apartment is about five minutes away by foot from the center of the village; ten minutes by foot from the port and thirty seconds by foot from the nearest beach; the house has private parking.
