Blízko zastávka, obchod, park.. Ubytování bylo čisté, na pokoji nechyběla lednička a v chodbě vybavená kuchyňka, dostatek nádobí, rychlovarná konvice. Vtipně vyřešena koupelna společně s dřezem do kychyně, ale šikovně vyřešeno na malém prostoru. Jediné co, tak v podkrovním pokoji za teplejší počasí musí být dost teplo a hodily by se závěsy na podkrovní okno, ale není to nic, co by snižovalo spokojenost.
