Everything is as described. Very quiet place, 20 minutes walk from the beach. Delicious, home-cooked food. Very kind and communicative host.

We highly recommend staying in Basia in Sopot. A very specific and helpful landlord. Cozy and spacious for 4 people. The things that surprised us, it's a very large balcony, which, of course, is a plus. There was a speaker and hair shampoo for everyone. We recommend 5/5!

Maja was really responsive and was a great host even with the translator it was way to understand. The place is lovely, looks exactly like the pictures. Quite cozier in real life. The neighbourhood is nice, the people were friendly. There is a bit of noise from the kids that live on the estate but that was not a bother. Maja was just excellent and the place was great too!!

Staying with Ola was great. Beautiful view from the windows, surrounded by forest, perfect place to stay with a dog. A lesser-known area of Sopot, but worth visiting due to its interesting architecture. Close to the SKM, which can quickly take you anywhere in the Tri-City. The beaches are about 30 minutes away on foot. Shops and a pharmacy nearby. If we return to the Tri-City, we will gladly stop at Ola's again.

We were very warmly welcomed by Magda and Hugo, her dog. Also during our entire stay, they and Krzyciek were always there for us with questions or gave good tips for activities. The apartment was super clean and well equipped - we immediately felt very comfortable, not least because of the beautiful garden and hospitality! It was a nice week in the wonderfully quiet Lesna Otulina and we will be happy to come back. Greetings to Hugo :-)

We really enjoyed our stay. The amazing view and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a wonderful experience that we will unconditionally want to repeat. A wonderful place where nothing was missing.

The apartment on the 1st floor was very close to the bathing beaches and to all shops directly above a pizzeria. This can only be reached via stairs. Short parking for loading and unloading the car was possible in the backyard. Free parking was 650m away. There was a small balcony with seating for 2 people at a small round table overlooking the main shopping street below. In the room there was another table where you can sit for four. The apartment was super new and can be recommended with stars. There was ample storage space in the closet and chest of drawers as well as a large storage compartment in the shower as well as 2 drawers under the sink and storage space above the toilet protrusion. If you have any questions, there were contact persons on site, for example, we were borrowed an iron. The large 2-person bed is super comfortable and there is another pull-out sofa for 2 more people. The price for the high season 2022 was very reasonable. We will be very happy to spend the holidays there again at any time.

Our stay was fantastic, the flat is well positioned in a quite district, few steps to the bay or the beach, a nice restaurant just few steps from the flat. you can rent a bike as well just next to the flat, the flat is well equipped, we had the large space we need, the host equipped the flat with baby bed in advance, the bathroom is large and nice, the kitchen, the saloon as well, nice balcony for a peaceful breakfast, we are very satisfied of our stay and we enjoyed each moment with no inconvenience, we recommend this flat to all our contacts and everyone reading this. The apartment is very nice, clean. Comfortable beds, well-maintained linens. The kitchen is well-equipped. Modern bathroom. Lots of household appliances available. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

I stayed with my wife and 2 young kids (3 and 5). The house was very roomy and comfortable with lots to do around and in the farm (2 private lakes with a boat and Sup). Grazyna welcomed us with a basket of delicious home grown tomatoes and helped us with everything we needed. Will surely visit th again next time we are around

. Location in the old beach and not far from the city center with all its amenities. The apartment was very well equipped a the porch was a nice complement. You could relax and feel the atmosphere of old Sopot. The host made it possible for us to stay in the apartment a little longer, which made it very easy for us to help us traveling with an infant. The stay, although only one day, we will remember very well.

Everything was just perfect: the apartment is very nice and has everything you may need, it's located in a beautiful park (30-40 mins walk through the forest to the beach). Impeccably clean and lovely, highly recommended!
