The place was just amazing. It had a view like no airbnb has and one of the finest buildings in karachi with high security. No issues while checking in and yes this place does have kitchen and all necessities its just not shown in pictures so don’t worry guys it’s a proper place to live in. Asad bhai was responsive and only had issues with cleaning but i came late everyday from work as this was a business trip so cant complain. I am just happy asad bhai didn’t get a heart attack after seeing the garbage coming out of dustbin hahaha.

Ishrat is a very responsive host, I was at his apartment for around 10 weeks.The apartment is new and have all the facilities available. The area is right in the center of karachi, Luckyone mall is 10 min by drive and National cricket stadium is 5 min away by car. The society of the apartment is gated so the area is pretty secure.

One of the best staycations I’ve had nestled in a safe neighborhood indeed! The house is as spacious & beautiful as described. The host has been very considerate. Also, the guard and caretakers were kindly obliging.

The house was fabulous and very cleverly designed with amazing furniture. The amenities provided were functional. And lastly, host was super nice and friendly.

I recently enjoyed a pleasant stay and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a great value for the money specially considering the secure location and amenities. The rooms was spacious, well-furnished, with a comfortable bed. I had everything I needed. Host is also responsive and very cooperative in terms of everything. Wonderful stay at Fazilas. The place was conveniently located and had easy access to the market with restaurants and shopping. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. They were accommodating, flexible and catered very well to our needs. All in all, great stay and would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Mahvish's place is everything an Airbnb should be. the apartment was really clean and linens and everything were sufficiently provided & clean. the kitchen was well supplied with the basics, and things like soap, a couple bottles of water etc. were also provided. the location was very convenient as well. the apartment is located on a walkable street with lots of grocery options and a variety of shops. apartment is really peaceful and tastefully decorated - we can't recommend it enough! A parking garage is also available if you have a car

I arrived to find the building looking a bit worn—cracks in the walls and faded paint suggest sea erosion has taken its toll—but stepping inside the condo felt like a welcome relief. The moment I walked in, the place felt cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the space cool despite the Karachi heat. The small kitchen had just what i needed for late night snack. I never felt unsafe, so I had no worries walking around the neighborhood at night. Tim was a fantastic host—he gave me my privacy but was always available when I needed recommendations for nearby cafés or local spots to explore. Yes, the building’s exterior won’t win any awards, but once you’re inside, it’s a peaceful little hideaway. I’d definitely stay here again.

We felt very comfortable in this apartment, only the employee who checked us in was a bit unfriendly. You should be a little cautious with him, but the main host Mobin was very friendly, and the apartment is up to his class. I heartily recommend this apartment, but only the employee who conducted the check-in should be approached with caution; be careful with this young man.

Our stay was great, highly recommend it. I was traveling from USA so was little concerned, but overall the place is great for commuting and alot of places near by for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No electricity or water issues as that is normal in Pakistan. So definitely a plus. High recommend this place if you need a place to stay in Karachi.
