Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Guipavas

We felt very comfortable in the house but also in the beautiful blooming garden, which we were able to enjoy in good weather. Jean Francois was very supportive, assembled the grill for us and took care of us. He was quick to reach and even invited us to bring goats to the paddock together. It was a great pleasure to be there. We have returned to Germany after the holidays very well recovered! Thank you, Jean Francois!

We had a great time at Erik's home whose house is ideally located close to the sea, very quiet and very bright. The whole house is very well decorated and there is nothing missing to have a very nice stay; a garden at the back of the house allows you to have a great time and meals. I would recommend it in a second. Thank you for a great discovery.

We, 2 people, were in Roland's house for 1 week and it was just fantastically beautiful: direct view of the sea - even from the bed. If you like, you can also work remotely here - a nice desk (also with sea view) is in the 2nd bedroom. We will definitely be back next year!

Patricia and Yann are incredibly kind, very attentive hosts! The little house has a crazy charm, the environment is beautiful. The icing on the cake... a royal breakfast! A stay at the end of the world, just perfect😊

Very nice house with a very nice well-maintained garden, very large plot. We spent 4 days comfortably in our rental. Perfect description of the house and its environment, nothing to complain about. Fantastic 2 week stay with Laurence and Arnaud. The property is very stylish / modern inside, with all the items one might need or want (great kitchen, baby items and shower etc) plus the view was stunning. The garden is like a veritable Eden - it’s truly beautiful with lots of nice areas to relax whilst looking at the ever changing sea view. There is also direct access to a wonderful beach. Super location - 5-10 minute walk into town with two bakeries, a great market and lots of nice restaurants. A good little supermarket too so we didn’t need to get in the car once. Location also good for a number of great hikes (short and long), the wonderful nearby island (which is an 8km loop from the house - a nice run or walk) plus various of Carantec’s beaches. A few nice days trips can be had from the house (Morlaix, Roscoff etc) but why leave Carantec 😉 Laurence and Arnaud were both charming, and really fab hosts. They provided plenty of great local tips and are lovely people.

We were very well received at Brigitte's, a relaxing accommodation very well located to visit the coast. The nearby forest is also worth a visit, accompanied by Hermine, the house dog. Thank you for the recommendations and your welcome as well as your availability. Noëlle and Yann.

there is not much to say when everything is very good, we have been to Stéphane's several times for several weeks, I can only recommend looking forward to returning on our future business trips

We had a great time at Lise's place. The accommodation is not only tastefully furnished and decorated, but also particularly well-equipped. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches left for us, as well as for our children. Lise even took care to provide us with a bed barrier and an adapter, thus preventing us from carrying bulky equipment. We are leaving delighted and will keep this address for our future stays in Finistère. We would also recommend it to those around us without hesitation.

Very spacious, secure and easy to access apartment with free parking nearby. Bus right in front of the building and tram 10 minutes away, shops nearby. Very well equipped apartment, with a beautiful living room and a large bathroom. Very quiet, the bedroom overlooks a garden. Quentin is very friendly and responsive to questions. A good place in Brest for a stay.

Mathieu's apartment is very well located, close to the city center, the tram line and close to bus stops. It is also very easy to get around on foot, or by self-service bike. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and has parking at the back. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated with a view of the sea and the Long Island, magnificent at night! Communication was very good with Mathieu, we felt totally confident. We'll be happy to come back! 😊

A big thank you to Christian and Laurence who were very attentive (providing a necessary baby). The apartment is quiet and very well located, a few steps away from the center of Carantec. We had a lovely stay.

We spent a month in this lovely duplex apartment. The place is lovingly decorated and feels like a home with comfortable furniture, good beds, many books and a well stocked kitchen. For such a long stay, it was good to have access to a washing machine and dryer. We had no need for the tv but the internet worked just fine. The neighborhood is quiet and green and there is a wonderful view of the sea and part of the coastline. At night, you can see the stars through the roof windows of the bedroom together with the beams of the lighthouses. It was an almost daily pleasure to take the ten minute walk to Porsmilin beach. Using our car, we were quickly at many of the small towns and beautiful coastline that characterize Brittany. Aurelie took her responsibility as host very seriously and was always available to answer any questions.

Emmanuelle agreed to provide me with a 2nd set of keys for us to be independent which was really convenient

This house is an absolute dream! Where else can you enjoy such a spectacular view in practically all rooms?! And then this tranquility - incredible! On a starry night we could even admire the Milky Way! We were there with our dog and were able to walk along the coastal path right away. All in all, we highly recommend this house.

Very friendly and available host. The house is close to a small village of character but in the peaceful Breton countryside with a small view of the estuary (when the weather is nice:-) ). It's pretty easy to get to the peninsula, Brest or Quimper... 40min max for each destination. Very happy stay.

Great weekend of Ascension in the sun. Ideally located accommodation to walk to the beautiful Amiets beach. We even bathed! The area is incredibly pretty, only 3 days on site is almost frustrating. We'll be back! We were a couple with 3 children, we didn't miss anything. Very nice house.

We had a dreamy weekend, the house, the pool, the view just beautiful. Clémentine's house is perfect services, decoration, cleanliness , the surroundings nothing to say to spend time with friends, family . You're all set. Thanks to Marc for his hospitality and kindness. We had a great stay with friends (with our children). Everything was in place, even the weather. A real pleasure to eat all together outside in the garden, to pick fresh mint for tea or mojitos😉.
