Location location location. All is there and the location is perfect. Oh not all the lights work or the showerhead can do tricks on you but Ludo as host and the house, terras and pool make your stay fantastic. Wooot woot confirm your stay! Thanks Ludo. Ps did I mention the views, walks and you drive to centre of Valence within minutes.

If you like nature, peace and seclusion, you really should choose this stay. Beautifully located, beautiful view and very nicely furnished house. You immediately feel welcome at Franck and Atsuko. We had a little rain, but then you can still sit under the shelters outside, which is an added value! In the area you can take beautiful walks and on site there is a lot of nature to observe. Birds, butterflies, orchids: you have it all. Very nice was the daily good day of the two beautiful horses. We named them Carotte and Caresse. (Take some carrots!) For us, it was a successful holiday and ideally the most tastefully decorated house.

We needed to enjoy a moment of calm, to rest for a long weekend of three days. The listing at this address seemed ideal, the comments all unanimous... and well... it's even better than we could have hoped. The loft is very comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated, a rare cleanliness... the best thing is the little touches all around you. The exterior is also very neat, swimming pool, jacuzzi accessible at any time and private, there is everything you need to feel good. Well, we could go on for a long time with the superlatives... breakfasts... meals... massages... but the icing on the cake is the hosts Anne-Lise and Frédéric... whose kindness and discretion complete this perfect and timeless moment. We felt very comfortable and were very warmly welcomed by Christine, Cyrille's mother, with a bouquet of flowers in the bedroom and a cake on our kitchen table. Our daughter loved the donkey, the pony, the dog and the cat that live with Christine. Thank you very much

We enjoyed our stay with Christiane very much. We were very warmly welcomed. The apartment is super nice and has everything you need. On the balcony with great views, you can have an excellent breakfast and dinner, in the pool you can enjoy a cool off and linger on warm days. Only the bakery or restaurants are a little further away (about 30 minutes on foot to the bakery each way). We had problems with the gas stove, but Christiane reacted immediately and helped, that was great.

Julie and Fréd's studio is perfect in every way, well located, pleasant, close to everything, small terrace for drinking coffee! Clean. The most! Monique charming person who welcomes us! I will come back for the second time! And not the last! I recommend 100/100!!

We loved our stay here! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful environment but with cosy villages nearby, don’t hesitate. The accommodation is exactly as described, and has everything you need. The hosts are wonderful, easy to communicate with, and have great recommendations to explore the surrounding area (hikes, restaurants, activities). We wholeheartedly recommend and would not hesitate to come back.

The apartment was in great condition and was very comfortable. The view out the front door was beautiful. Tain l Hermitage was a great spot to spend a couple of nights. Jenny was very helpful and so friendly.

We especially appreciated the flexibility for schedules, covered parking, view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything necessary to welcome us (coffee, nougat, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A place where we'd love to come back to.

We stayed a week in the little cottage and it was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of peace and quiet and a little sun in November. The place had an oven that made it even cozier in the evening. There are many small details that show that Fabian cares a lot about the accommodation and his guests. We would definitely come back. It was a really nice time!
