Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Guilford County

My family and I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The home is clean spacious and took away in a quiet, peaceful area with friendly neighbors. It felt safe, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Michelle the host was incredibly kind, helpful and responsive throughout our time there her warm hospitality really made a difference. This is a lovely family, friendly home and a great location and we definitely stay again. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Very responsive host. The place is beautiful, location is great, close to everything, business, shopping, schools, restaurants. The location is perfect right downtown but peaceful and quiet. The enclosed backyard was great for our furry family members. The decor and Furnitures are impressive, kitchen fully stocked, there is a coffee bar that is fully stocked as well. All kitchen gadgets you need are there. Carrie and team thought of everything.

This was my second stay at Mary’s place, and once again, it was perfect. The home is spotless, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. Mary is a fantastic host… quick to respond and always thoughtful. It’s truly the ideal place to stay in Jamestown, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

This place is exactly as described in the photos! And these hosts are top notch! House is adorable with all its mid-century charm. Kitchen is well stocked to cook a meal & washer/dryer work great. We loved this little house & it met all our needs! Again, hosts are extremely helpful & go above & beyond to make sure you have a great stay!

Adam is a wonderful host and communicator. His lovely updated Craftsman home is private yet conveniently located to shops/restaurants/downtown High Point. It has everything you need for comfort and relaxation. Being able to have my dogs with me while traveling to NC from out of state was generous and kind. Thanks again, Adam. I look forward to returning.

INVITING!! This home was absolutely beautiful. There were so many unique touches that sparked conversation and made the experience memorable. YES! I’m holding back but it’s a lot of stunning conversational pieces. My daughter graduated from NC A&T and Ms.Ryan was amazing, kind, responsive, super friendly and so welcoming. She went the extra mile to accommodate my guest for a dinner party. She even had the tablecloth with the school colors laid out. Which made it extra special. This was my 1st time using Airbnb and OMG!! Ms. Ryan I couldn’t have asked for a better host. From the bottom of my heart I Appreciate everything you have done. Thank you. I Highly Recommend!!

Kelly’s place was the perfect spot for our needs. Her communication and accommodating presence allowed us to feel really comfortable in the space. The location was gorgeous and we really enjoyed walking out back on the trails. Thanks for hosting!

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

The place was perfect for two people, very convenient location for us to visit family in the area. Bed was super comfy, shower pressure was great and hot.

Nice little studio in high point, close to the highway so convenient for getting around. This is a pet friendly studio but definitely recommend having a smaller pet as the place is pretty small. My 60lb lab was a little big I feel for the studio.

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

Our stay was more than we expected. Lisa and Ginny were such accommodating hosts. We felt like family! We will definitely be booking again when we’re in town visiting our children.

This apartment was just as described! I was in town for my son's Parents' Weekend at HPU and I booked this spot for my husband and me to stay. My husband got sick at the last minute, so I was so thankful to have a place that felt cozy and safe for my time there alone. They really do have everything that you could think of! I felt right at home and even fell asleep (for a little while) on the couch with the cozy throw blankets. The bed was super-comfortable with soft sheets. I did not hear any noises from the upstairs home. The street parking is well-lit and I had no problem parking right by the walkway to the entrance. Everything was very clean! The bathroom was newly renovated and I particularly liked the wall heater and the cute basketweave tile. There was a lovely basket of snacks on my arrival and even a bottle of wine from a local winery! I hope that my husband will be able to join me at the Carolina Cottage on our next visit to HPU! Thanks for letting me stay!

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

A lovely apartment in a quiet part of town. It was exactly as described, extremely clean and tidy with all the noted amenities. Check-in / check-out was easy, with lots of helpful notes in the apartment. Location is super convenient for the ballpark and a short 15-20 minute walk to town. Probably the best location in Winston. Easily walkable to many places, a cozy setup, and a well stocked place. Will definitely be returning in our future trips to Winston.

We loved staying at Christy's place. Our son was graduating this weekend from HPU. The proximity to the school was amazing. It is also convenient to the stores and restaurants, but at the same time private and quiet. We wish we new about this four years ago! The home was clean and well equipped for all of our needs. First floor living and parking right out front was a plus. If we find ourselves in High Point in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Five stars all around! Thank you Christy!

Absolutely wonderful. When we arrived, Stacey was working with her quail. She greeted us warmly. She seemed happy to chat, but I also got the sense she would understand if we just wanted to head in and relax. The place was lovely and had even more than we needed/expected - quail eggs (and instructions) in the fridge, snacks and fruit, and even an electrolyte mix (perhaps because I had asked about places to run). There were comfortable beds and fluffy towels. It was in a very quiet street, but still close to the freeway, grocery stores, and places to eat. Cannot recommend highly enough. Stay here and you will be glad you did!
